A lot of “buzz words”
• Climate changes are just normal variations that we have always had!
• There’s no use recycling since it all ends up in the same bin and goes to a landfill!
• Water is not a problem. Nature will adapt and take care of itself!
• We need all the chemicals for hygiene reasons and the worst ones are forbidden already!
• Plastic as a material is the best solution, when burnt it just becomes CO2 and water!
• The governments, EU and new technology will solve this for us so we can continue as we always have!
Kill the myths...
What can I do as an individual/ professional?
• Use our energy more efficiently and change to renewable (solar, wind, bio, water)
• Use less plastic and more renewable materials (Plastic = Oil + chemicals)
• Transport efficiently (suppliers, business trips, turn off engine while waiting)
• Use low-emission cars (renewable fuels)
• Phase out of ozone-depleting chemicals (CFC and HCFC)
• Buy and eat organic food and drinks
• Use less and only bio-degradable (eco-labeled) chemicals
• Minimize packaging and recycle waste
• Learn, understand and respect the complexity of nature
