Sleep All Departments Uniform Collection - Nametag

• Nametag Display:• The nametag must be clearly visible at all times. The nametag should be

worn on the upper left chest of the uniform garment.

• Name & Title Parameters:• First Name is Required• Last Name is Optional • Title is Required for all Management Personnel• Title is Optional for all Non-Management Personnel

• Nametag Parameters:• Nametag must be engraved or labeled per specification

• Engraved Nametag: Printed via Qualified Vendor• Labeled Nametag: Printed on a non-stick, transparent label with clear

protective plastic lens cover• Nametag must meet size/dimension and design standards per

specifications• 1” X 3” Size• Custom Designed

Professionally Engraved OR Labeled Nametags are required to be worn by all Front of House & Back of House Team Members

Uniform Guidance

• Approved, specified uniform tops must be worn at all time by Front of House & Back of House Team Members.

• Front of House team members may wear approved, specified second/outer layers.

• Back of House team members may wear approved first/under layers (long-sleeve shirt option).

• Solid white short-sleeve t-shirts (no prints or graphics) may be worn under all uniform tops.

• Housekeeping Pants must be black, or the matching scrub pants. Pants must be full length. Black, full-length pants may be purchased outside the Qualified Vendor program

• All garments should fit properly and be clean, pressed (as applicable) and in good condition (i.e., no holes, fraying, stains, discoloration, etc.).

• Team members should present a professional appearance (neat, clean and well groomed).

• All Front of House Dress Shirts and Polos (except maternity tops) should be worn tucked in.

• Men’s polos should be worn with at least the bottom button fastened.

• Women’s dress shirts should be worn with all buttons fastened.

• Men’s dress shirts should be worn with at least the bottom 7 buttons fastened.

• Shoes should be solid, professional color, slip-resistant, closed heel and closed toe style dress shoe.

• If worn, belts should be in a solid, professional color.
