SKYFORCE ANNOUNCES 2014-15 SCHEDULE

Sioux Falls, SD (September 9, 2014) – The Sioux Falls Skyforce will tip off its 9th season in the NBA D-

League on Saturday, November 15 in Fort Wayne against the defending NBA D-League Champion Fort

Wayne Mad Ants. The following Saturday, November 22, the Skyforce will begin their 2nd

season in the

Sanford Pentagon when they play host to the Iowa Energy. Sioux Falls will play 16 of its 24 home games on Friday or Saturday and will host the Rio Grande Valley

Vipers in the annual Christmas Night game. The 2014-15 season will see 13 of the league’s teams make the

trip to Sioux Falls, including NBA D-League newcomers Grand Rapids Drive (affiliate of the Detroit

Pistons) and Westchester Knicks (affiliate of the New York Knicks).

The 2014-15 NBA D-League season will feature a new two conference system (Eastern Conference,

Western Conference). The Eastern Conference will be made up of the Atlantic Division (Canton Charge,

Delaware 87ers, Erie BayHawks, Maine Red Claws, Westchester Knicks) and the Central Division (Fort

Wayne Mad Ants, Grand Rapids Drive, Iowa Energy, Sioux Falls Skyforce). The Western Conference will

consist of the Southwest Division (Austin Toros, Oklahoma City, Rio Grande Valley Vipers, Texas

Legends) and the West Division (Bakersfield Jam, Idaho Stampede, Los Angeles D-Fenders, Reno

Bighorns, Santa Cruz Warriors).
