SKYFALL

Bonds mission is to retrieve a computer drive with a list of British agents, this leads to him getting shot and everyone thinking he’s dead. However as MI6 find themselves under

attack and Bond comes back from the dead in order to destroy the threat that is being made to national security

with the help of miss moneypenny. which leads to him coming face to face with his past. He discovers who one

behind the these attacks was once a 00 himself who kidnaps M and uses Bond’s loyalty to her against him. It ends with Judy Dench’s rein as M coming to end as she is

shot and killed

BRIEF SYNOPSIS

The Adele song ‘Skyfall’ was used for the opening sequence of the movie. Skyfall was popular song and would therefore attract a younger audience to see the film. The instruments

used in the song like violins are used to build up tension because of the dynamics that build throughout the song.

THE USE OF SOUND

This film could be classified as a spy thriller because of the plot of the film and because it is based around a secret

agency and an ex agent that has now gone rogue.
