About The School

Concept

Noble vision,

deeply ingrained eternal Indian cultural heritage,

Nurturing young children with all human values,

The Grand imagination of

Sh Hanuman Prasad Kedia Ji an industrialist & great philanthropist.

Exemplary conduct:

Students' arrival at school is to seek knowledge and the knowledge germinates with shradha.

It clearly says that the student's nature & mind must show a commitment, devotion, aspiration and moral purity. The three ethical

precepts emphasized for a disciple are perseverance, self-discipline & purity. They also can be called as Tapas, Brahamcharya &

Shradha. Teacher's role is to lead, inspire and be a part of knowledge seeker with the students.

A precipitous decline in the standard of public behavior, growing indiscipline in all walks of life are slowly percolating to the

young minds and affecting them callously at this tender age. Parents, elders including teachers are imperatively to be at vanguard.

They should allow no slippage in their own standard of conduct and that they set the tone for every form of public behavior.

Why Diary:

The student diary is a bridge to connect teachers, parents and students. All students are required to be in possession of their diaries

whenever they are attending their school. No child however senior he/she be, is exempted from bringing this diary. Teacher is to reflect

his/ her interaction in the class, and the child's reaction through the appropriate pages of this diary. Parents are at liberty to

communicate, through this diary, any positive feedback they like to convey to the school. They be restricted only on the pages meant for

parents. Kindly avoid any sort of debilitating remarks on this diary. You can use separate page with your remarks and send it across

directly to the principal, if you have something to say. This will serve the desired purpose and will not in any way affect the child

adversely.

Wish all knowledge seekers to harmonise themselves with their objective.SS Balhara

l SACROSANCTHonor the classrooms/school/space of teaching with a bow/gratefulness on entering and leaving. Honor the art and all who have contributed to it. Be an harbinger and not an iconoclast, the latter otherwise will lead you to cynicism.

Standing and greeting the teacher is appropriate when the teacher enters the class, as an acknowledgment, a “thank you” for teaching, or a courtesy on parting. This way you also honor your own potential. Come to class/school with an open mind. “an empty teacup.” Suspend your skepticism, preconceptions, or prejudices and cultivate modesty. Check your mental “baggage” at the threshold; you can pick it up on your way out if you still want it.

l REFRAINAvoid correcting, teaching, borrowing, lending or conversing with other students during class. If the teachers divides the class into small groups, however, you may share personal insights and observations to help others in your group, but be sure to allow others the same opportunity turn off your distractions, gadgets/chime functions on your watch or other devices before class. If you absolutely must remain attentive, you may leave everything, what can hinder your attention, outside.

In case you like to leave your class to answer a call, take permission discreetly. When you return, wait for the teacher to let you in.

If class starts with a circle or other set formation and you arrive late, so not barge in or cause other students to feel they must make room for you. Stand outside the circle or group and participate in the class.

Set an example of focus and attentiveness. Even if the text seems familiar or unfamiliar, class is a learning opportunity for you as well as for others.

Wisdoml You must have a good practice of what has been taught. Attitude of perseverance develops devotion, and earns respect and personal

attention. Self doing is the best doing.

l Be ware of “group working / group activities / the shared energy of individuals who voluntarily harmonize with one another”. If you allow

yourself to work in group, you can be sure of reinforcement and augmentation of your potential.

entire course.

l Assist others in acquiring certain skills when asked to do so by the teacher. this is for your own development as must as for those you are

helping.

l Notify the school each time you cannot attend a class, events or injuries affecting your presence, or if you plan to go on leave.

l Taking a course lightly will never let you stand firmly.

l Early bird catches the first worm. Start early and finish early.

l As a courtesy, consult your teacher regarding things related to your study / life : questions, difficulties, or experiences, or if you have a

“different idea” regarding a principle or form. have freedom of asking questions, whenever you have one.

l We must cooperate and be respectful to our teachers, should never undermine their status. The more we hold them in regard, the more

congenial environment and perfection we will have. School, our alma mater, to be regarded a temple of learning, enlightenment. under no

circumstances a student will bear disrepute to his/her alma mater either from somebody or from his/her own actions. As a student of this

school it's mandatory and obligatory to hold it in very high esteem and keep its flag soaring high.

l Good discipline is a prerequisite for kids to enable school teachers to be able to teach a group of children the skills they will rely on for the

rest of their lives.

l It would help the education system immensely if children arrived at school well disciplined, well mannered and respectful of

teachers/adults. Without the above, teachers would have an unruly bunch of juveniles following their own agenda and there

would be chaos.

Students to learn three R's : Respect for self; Respect for others and to accept Responsibility for all their actions

Children's lack of respect for adults shocks the older generation who were brought up under a much stricter regime. they fear that

standards of behaviour in today's generation have slipped below acceptable limits. Examples of this are clearly seen everyday on TV,

the streets, public transport and wherever young people gather in numbers.

We’ll walk hand in hand some day

Oh deep in my heart

I do believe

We’ll walk hand in hand some day

We are not afraid

We are not afraid

Oh deep in my heart

I do believe

We are not afraid today

We shall live in peace

We shall live in peace

We shall live in peace some day

Oh deep in my heart

I do believe

We shall live in peace some day.

(2)

This is my Prayer to Thee, my Lord!

Strike, Strike at the root of penury in my heart.

Give me the strength

Lightly to bear my joys and sorrows

Give me the strength

Never to disown the poor or bend my

Knees before the insolent might.

Give me the strength to raise my mind

High above the daily trifles.

And give me the strength to surrender

My strength to thy will with love.

— Rabindra Nath Tagore

What the Heart of the Young Man Said to the Psalmist

Tell me not, in mournful numbers,

Life is but an empty dream!

For the soul is dead that slumbers,

And things are not what they seem.

Life is real! Life is earnest!

And the grave is not its goal;

Dust thou art, to dust returnest,

Was not spoken of the soul.

Not enjoyment, and not sorrow,

Is our destined end or way;

But to act, that each to-morrow

Find us farther than to-day.

Art is long, and Time is fleeting,

And our hearts, though stout and brave,

Still, like muffled drums, are beating

Funeral marches to the grave.

In the world’s broad field of battle,

In the bivouac of Life,

A Psalm of Life

Oath (Students' Council)

Be not like dumb, driven cattle!

Be a hero in the strife!

Trust no Future, howe’er pleasant!

Let the dead Past bury its dead!

Act- act in the living Present!

Heart within, and God o’erhead!

Lives of great men all remind us

We can make our lives sublime,

And departing, leave behind us

Footprints on the sands of time;

Footprints, that perhaps another,

Sailing o’er life’s solemn main,

A forlorn and shipwrecked brother,

Seeing, shall take heart again.

Let us, then, be up and doing,

With a heart for any fate;

Still achieving, still pursuing,

Learn to labor and to wait.

I ................................................. do swear in the name of God –

! That I will bear true faith and allegiance to the rules & regulations of the school as by ethics and standards established

! That I will uphold the integrity of my school

! That I will faithfully & conscientiously discharge my duties as a student council member,

! That I will do right to all the students without fear, prejudice or ill will.

Jai Hind.

“We swear that we will take part in the inter school sports and games competitions, respecting the regulations which govern them and with the desire to participate in the true spirit of sportsmanship for the honour of our school and for the glory of sport.
