Initial seed round will be $5,000,000 which will fund the initial SKI TV® channel on the SKY HD TV UK platform. A further $5,000,000 is also available in seed round.

Series A round will be $150,000,000 which will be used to create additional channels on all pay TV platforms worldwide and to acquire broadcasting rights and create content.

Oppeheimer in New York has been indicated as the company to be involved in the Series A round. Seed round funding will be handled by the office of our attorney, David Libman in California.
