LOCKING AND UNLOCKING THE DEVICETo lock the device: Press the power button for several seconds until the device lock indicator icon illuminates on the display. To unlock the device: Press and hold the power button until you hear four beeps. Then release your finger from the power button.

CHARGE YOUR TRIA SKIN REJUVENATING LASERCharge your Tria Skin Rejuvenating Laser 2! hours before you use it for the first time.

Insert the cord into the power supply and the charging cradle. Then plug the power supply into an outlet. Place your Tria Skin Rejuvenating Laser into the charging cradle.

The battery indicator will blink continuously until it’s fully charged.

Treat 8 weeks on; 4 weeks offFor maximum professional-level results, use your Tria Skin Rejuvenating Laser once per day for 8 weeks, followed by a 4-week hiatus. Repeat this pattern to maintain optimal results.

1CLEANSE

Thoroughly wash and dry your skin.For best results, use Tria Rejuvenating Laser Priming Cleanser, which is specially formulated to remove makeup, sunscreen and other impurities that can interfere with the laser light.

2TREAT

Remove your Tria Skin Rejuvenating Laser from its charging cradle and press the power button to turn it on. Use the power button (see fig. 1) to select your desired treatment level (LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH). Your Tria Skin Rejuvenating Laser remembers the level you last used.

Treat by zoneTreat zone 1 of your face (see fig. 2) until the device beeps once. Then, progress to zones 2, 3 and 4, in that order.Treat each zone by placing the entire laser tip flat against your skin, gliding it slowly from side to side to cover the entire zone. Keep the device continually moving and in contact with skin to keep the purple contact light glowing. Wait for the beep Treat each zone until the laser beeps. This will take about 30 seconds for each zone on LOW; 1 minute on MEDIUM; and 2! minutes on HIGH. The laser will beep once after the firstzone is treated; twice after the second zone; and three times after the third zone is completed. Once all four zones are treated, the treatment completion indicator (checkmark) will light and a special tone will sound before the device automatically turns off.

DO NOT use your Tria Skin Rejuvenating Laser on your eye or eyelid or within the eye socket. Treat around the eyes only where you can feel bone underneath the skin.

MAINTAIN SKIN CONTACTYou are only treating correctly when the purple contact light is lit. Make sure to place the entire laser tip flat against your skin, as you continuously glide it slowly from side to side (see illustration). Ensuring the correct positioning and continuous motion will keep the purple contact light glowing.

TREATING THE FOREHEADWhen treating your forehead, you may find it helpful to hold your device horizontally and move it vertically up and down (see illustration).

HELPFUL TIPS

START WITH A LOW LEVELAND MOVE UPYou may feel a slight stinging or warming sensation or develop a temporary redness and swelling of your skin after treatment. This is normal and will diminish. In the first week or two of use, select the LOW treatment level until your skin adjusts to the sensation produced by your Tria Skin Rejuvenating Laser. Work your way up to the MEDIUM and then HIGH levels for best results.

INCORPORATE AS PART OF NIGHTLY BEAUTY RITUALIt’s recommended to treat skin in the evening before bedtime to allow any resulting redness or swelling to diminish overnight.

PERFECT YOUR TECHNIQUEWatch yourself in a mirror the first few times you treat with your Tria Skin Rejuvenating Laser. Ensure the purple contact light stays lit as you keep the device flat against your skin and moving. You may also want to consult your product DVD, which thoroughly demonstrates how best to hold and move your Tria Skin Rejuvenating Laser across your face.
