GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Determined by current national regulations in France (Health Ministry, Sports Ministry, ARS, and CPAM).

Protocols take into consideration recommendations made by the International Ski Federation (FIS).

Testing protocols established for all accredited individuals for the duration of the event.

Cost of test (53,49€) to be paid by the person requesting the test. Immediate payment to the medical laboratory on site. For French citizens, cost of test will be covered by the “’Assurance-Maladie”. “Carte Vitale” must be presented.

(Reservation have to be done at least one day before)

This is a public laboratory, we do not have control over availabilities.

Moûtiers, 53 place de l’Hotel de ville (25 minutes drive)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8.00 to 12.00 and 14.30 to 18.00

Saturday from 8.00 to 12.00

HOW TO BOOK A TEST ?

• For a test @Le Praz• Contact the Race Office, and they will take care of the

reservation.

• For a test @Courchevel 1850 or @Moutiers• Contact the Race Office to inform them about it. They will

help as much as they can, but can not book an appointmentfor you.

• Be careful, since these laboratories are public, it may not beavailable at all time.

To get accredited,

you need to:

1. Present the results:

For a nasal PCR test >0 test conducted within 72 hours of arrival at the venue

Or for an “Abott or Roche” serology test dated between 6 months and 2 weeks prior to arrival

The results must appear in one’s FIS PASSPORT 12 hours before the accreditation retrieval area opens for

the race sanitary bubble so that the COVID-19 medical coordinator can review and approve them.

2. Fill out the FIS questionnaire.

To enter the site, you need to:

1. Present the results for a nasal RT-PCR test >0 test conducted within 72 hours or a valid

“sanitary pass” established by French Authorities

The Organizing Committee recommends that you: Download the “tous anti-covid” (all against covid) application Fill out the FIS questionnaire before each test

During the races you can get tested:

Antigen tests at your disposition @Le Praz at a different place than the PCR Tests.

Contact organizing committee as soon as possible to make an

appointment before the races.

After the races: Contact the Courchevel COVID-19 medical coordinator if any known symptoms appear.

Suspicion:Someone showing typical symptoms: Inform the medical coordinator

1. Immediately isolate /quarantine the person in the room designated for this purpose: conduct an PCR test and a remote medical consult.

2. If the PCR test is negative returning to the event is possible after a remote medical consult.3. If the PCR test is positive additional 7-day quarantine + 2 days after the symptoms disappear,

returning to the event is possible after a remote medical consult and approval from the medical centerdoctor.

Positive PCR test, but individual is asymptomatic

Immediate quarantine for 7 days.

Returning to the event is possible after approval from the medical center doctor.

Contact cases:Identified by ARSand/or COVID-19 unit

1. Immediately isolate /quarantine the person for 7 days in the room designated for this purpose and

conduct a medical exam.

2. If no symptoms conduct an PCR test at T + 7 days:

- Negative test result: return to the event

- Positive test result: quarantine for 7 more days

3. If showing symptoms conduct an PCR test

- If results of second test are negative return to the event

- If results of second test are positive additional 7-day quarantine + 2 days after the

symptoms disappear, returning to the event is possible after a remote medical consult and approval from the

medical center doctor .
