My Magazine Sketches vs.

Real Music Magazines

I can link my sketches to a real magazine because of the layout used. I plan for my magazine to be similar to the real one with the main artists face to be shown in a close up shot to show his overbearing authority which is prominent feature of a rap artists persona.

My contents page sketch is also similar to a real magazine as it is divides with a couple of pictures to one side and with text going down the right side of the page. I have also decided to have a large eye catching heading which is important for drawing attention to the page which is important for illustrating the contents of the magazine. The different sub headings showing features of the magazine enable show what different aspects the magazine has to offer underlined to emphasis their clarity and later with colour to the customer.

This double page spread is similar to my sketch as similar to my sketch it shows how I plan to use a large main image of my main artist taking up most of half the page to captivate the audience. A large heading would be ,a short number of words not the title however but a heading which would allow the audience to recognise the artist. A stimulating quote is also used
