Who Can Participate At Sizzle?Although a predominantly male urban event, Sizzle Miami is open to all men and women age 21 and

older. Sizzle is most attended by African-American, but all races are welcomed and encouraged to

attend.

Are VIP Cards Available?Yes there are. Over the years we offered Club Express Cards which provided only express admission to our events. There are 3 types of

cards perfectly suited for the 5, 4, or 3 day Sizzler. Never a line or wait,

Is Shuttle Transporta-tion Available To And From The Events?All of our events are located very close to area hotels in the downtown Miami. DELIVERY AND WILL CALL:All event tickets are available for pick- up from your Sizzle Miami Welcome and Hospitality Center. The welcome center hours are from 11am - 10pm. If your flight gets in late (after 10pm), your tickets will be available for pick- up the following day unless prior arrangements are made. At an additional cost, tickets purchased 3 weeks prior to the events can be delivers via mail to a US address only.

DISBURSEMENT OF TICKETS:Unless prior arrangement is made and approved, event tickets can only be dis-bursed to the person in our system that made the initial purchase and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:All event/ticket cancellations are subject to the following refund policy:A) Canceled Before 1/1/15 – Full RefundB) Cancellations before 3/1/15 - 50% refund of purchased priceC) Cancellations before 5/1/15 – 50% Funds credited to a future Sizzle event D) Cancellation on or after 5/1/15 – refunds are null and void.

RECORDING & PHOTOGRAPHY:Cameras and video recorders, audiotape recorders and other types of recording devices are prohibited at all events.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY / EJECTION:Sizzle Miami reserves the right to refuse You entry to and/or eject You from the Event and/or Venue (and may take appropriate action to enforce this right) in reasonable circumstances including without limitation (a) for health and safety or licensing reasons, (b) if You behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event, (c) if You use or display threatening, abu-sive or insulting words or mannerisms or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace, (d) if, in Sizzle Miami’s reasonable opinion, You appear to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs, (d) if You fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age, (e) if You refuse to comply with Sizzle Miami’s se-curity searches, (f) if You breach these Terms, or (g) if Your Ticket is void. No refunds will be given to You if You are refused entry or ejected due to Your own behavior.

FORCE MAJEURE:Means any cause beyond Sizzle Miami’s control including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, national mourning, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defense requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments. Sizzle Miami will not be liable to You for failure to perform any obligation under the Conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure.
