Totus Tuus Catholic Summer Camp
** There is still time to sign up! ** The dates for this super fun, deeply Catholic summer camp are Aug. 3 through Aug 8. The camp is open to kids entering 1st through 6th graders during the day and those entering 7th through 12th graders in the evenings. It is put on by energetic and faith-filled college-age Catho-lics that spend the summer going parish-to-parish running the same camp. These young adults often make an enormous impact on the kids participating, especially the junior and senior stu-dents. Other parishes around the diocese that have held the camp have seen dramatic effects in the camp’s ability to light a fire in the youth for Jesus! Please pick up the registration forms in the communication center by the bathrooms at SJ or in the parish offices.

Faith Formation
Monastic Tour of Ireland
September 7-19, 2014. Deacon Michael Cullen will lead a 12 day pilgrimage inviting participants to discover the wonders of Ireland’s historic sites and religious traditions through his unique wit and wisdom. Dc. Cullen’s spiritual guidance will be complemented by the intellectual input of his daughter, Dr. Therese Cullen, an authority in Celtic studies. Together they will bring to life some of Ireland’s best-known saints: Patrick, Columba, Brandan, Edna and Kevin, each of whom left a significant impression on the national psyche and landscape. Also included are many visits to many parts of the country. Be assured of the warmth of an Irish welcome and plenty of opportu-nites for what we in Ireland call “the craic” (fun, music and dance.) Please contact Gale Strand, 715-537-9033 ext. 229 for more information.

Marriage 911: You Can
Save Your Marriage Marriage 911—Retrouvaille is a program for married couples who feel bored, frus-trated, or angry in their marriage. Some experience coldness and simply shut down. Others experience conflict and arguments in their relationship. Most don’t know how to change the situation or even communicate with their spouse about it. Retrouvaille has helped couples experiencing marital difficulty at all lev-els, including disillusionment and deep misery. For confidential information about getting help for a difficult marriage or to register for the program in Central Wisconsin the Weekend of August 15-17, call 877-922-HOPE, email:[email protected] or visit the website at

Golf Ball Drop: Purchase Your Golf Ball! August 8, 2014: Join us and be a part of the annual golf ball drop at the golf outing, 50/50 event. Purchase a numbered golf ball or two or three at $5.00 each and we will place them in our bucket. The balls will be dropped on a green at Five Flags Golf Course to kick-off our Parish Festival. The ball closest to the designated hole will win half the pot. If multiple balls actually go into the cup the winners will split half the pot. The other half of the pot will go to OLL. You do not need to be a golfer to take part in this little game of chance. Weather permitting the golf balls may be dropped from a flying object!
