1. Societies that do not prevent thecauses that create situations where

people need human protection, that

do not have a system of effective

human protection corresponding to

human needs is necessary to considerthe best systems from other countries

and also to create and implement it as

soon as possible.

2. Society, among its prioritiesshould also have the following

priorities:

a) To create the necessary institutions

and to take the necessary measures

to prevent with maximumeffectiveness, efficiency and safety

all the causes leading to the creation

of situations where some people

need human protection;

b) To create the institution: The

Authority of Human Protection (1)

to verify the states institutions,

individuals and private or illegal

entities if they prevent the creation

of the causes leading to some

situations where people need humanprotection (2) and if they provide the

human protection necessary for

people who need this protection.

3. Tact is a necessary quality fornegotiators and for us in many

situations.

4. In many situations it is

necessary to be tactful.

5. Some say that the greatest

treasure of all is love. Love is a great

treasure, which also makes other

treasures greater ones or simplycreates treasures. Indeed there are

situations, moments in which love for

us is the greatest treasure, however

we can not generalize that this is the

greatest treasure of life automatically.If we can look deeply in a general

way we can not practically determine

which the greatest treasure is. For

example, our wisdom can be

evaluated as the largest treasure for

many reasons. Usually the wisemanage to achieve true love and

retain it. Without wisdom is very

difficult to make and keep a true love.

When wisdom disappears or the wise

makes big mistakes that adverselyaffects love very much, or sometimes

even destroys it can be seen what a

great treasure wisdom is and how

much love depends on wisdom.

6. Wisdom is a treasure of ours

that we can continuously increase as

long as we live in an unlimited way

which no one can ever take away, but

only destroy it in certain situationswholly or partially by degradation in

one way or another by: 1 ) damage,

brain illness, 2) the psyches damage

or of a part of the psychological, 3)

through some mental illness, 4)through illness with certain diseases

that affect, directly or indirectly,

wisdom.
