Training needs analysis

Siemens is the company that designed and produced the products that our customers have acquired. It is therefore in our interest to ensure that our customers are fully competent to implement the product within their specific environments and to ensure that they are able to offer effective first line maintenance. To this end we are willing to assist our customers with a needs analysis in order to effectively identify their employee training requirements.

We do this by auditing the hardware and software that is been utilised by the customer and identifying the roles that the respective technical employees will play in ensuring that the application is available for production at all times.

Once we know this we can either suggest standard courses that are already in place or we will propose courses that are tailored to meet requirements for a specific environment. The SITRAIN course documentation is modular and hence courses can easily be tailored to meet customer requirements. The training needs analysis is then presented to customers with a proposed course schedule to ensure full optimisation of resources with limited interruption to employee time schedules.
