AFTER HAVING DECIDED THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE IN A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND BY THE ARCHITECT, THEN NEXT STEP IS TO SPELL OUT THE TASKS, POWER AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ALL ITS FUNCTIONARIES.
