a smart space is a physical space rich in devices and services that is capable of interacting with people (users) and orchestrates the use of integrated physical and computing environment to bring tangible benefits to people in support of their tasks(Ghamri-Doudane et al., 2004)

city users improve their context-knowledge, becoming aware of the surronding urban landscape and proactively reacting to urban transformation processes

mobility has a great impact in the economy of the city; transport systems consequently represent not only theinfrastructure thanks by all places are completely integrated in the world networks, but also an intermediate in theenhancement of prosperity(European Commission, 2011)mobility is then very important because it shapes the access to different opportunities, creating inclusion or exclusion to urban dynamic depending on the “capacity of mobility” that each individual may gain(Borlini et al., 2011; Kauffman et al., 2004)
