Intro• In Germany I was educated as a

kindergarten teacher. • In my Kindergarten class, there was one little

boy whose mom spoke English and whose dad spoke German with him. She said that she is searching for a kindergarten where the children speak both languages.

• That is what gave me the idea.

My business idea• My business idea is to open a

kindergarten with teachers who speak English and German with the children.

Target Customer• I will open my business in Germany.

• It is for parents who would like their children grow up with two different languages.

Supporting Research• Most people think it is a great idea.

• 80 percent would use this type of kindergarten.

Financials • Most people think that the price of $50

dollars every week in addition to the regular kindergarten cost is acceptable.

Actions• When I get to Germany I will visit

another English and German kindergarten to see how things work.

Continuous Learning• I already talked with an educator in Germany.• She talked with the parents at her

kindergarten and most people would use it. Based on that, she said to me that when I get back to Germany we can try English classes in her kindergarten.
