IntroductionWelcome to the top!

Success occurs in the lives of specific people for specificreasons. Success is not something that randomly happensto you; it is something that you make happen. There is nomagic. It is not complex. If you will invest the time to findout what other people have done to be successful, and thenbegin doing the same things, you too, in due season, willachieve similar results.

Nobody really wants to be mediocre or average. Theseeds of greatness lie within us all. It is only when we stopbelieving that a better life is possible that we begin to settlefor less, convincing ourselves that it just wasn’t meant to be.

This audio series was developed for those who look to Godand themselves as the solution to their problems and thepath to an extraordinary life here on earth.

Imagine trying to hit a dart board in a room with no lightson. Even in the dark you would eventually hit the board, and if you continued for long enough you would probablyhit a bull’s eye. But if you turned on the lights, gathered alarge supply of darts, and invested ample time to practice, you would significantly reduce the time it would take tohit the dart board. And when you finally hit the bull’s eyepeople would call you lucky. But you weren’t lucky. Youwere just willing to do more things to ensure that you hit

4 www.successisnotanaccident.com 888.663.7372 5888.663.7372 5

the bull’s eye. Success Is Not An Accident, Secrets of theTop 1%, was designed to help you identify the factors withinyour control that will increase the odds that you hit thebull’s eye in your own journey through life.

Together, the ten lessons in this series represent acomplete system for managing yourself and your life moreeffectively. When you begin to incorporate the principlesfrom each lesson into your daily life, you will begin toreport the same positive results our 1% clients haverepeatedly experienced. We know this is true. We haveseen it happen over and over again with our clients.

We can assure you that the life management system you areabout to learn will work for you to the exact degree thatyou apply its principles consistently in your day to day life. This audio curriculum, in essence, contains a formula thathas been proven to generate positive, predictable results.

Timeless Principles

We’ve observed throughout our experience that whenindividuals stray from timeless principles, trouble andadversity of some kind are never far behind. You canobserve this for yourself with children and adults alike. There are unwavering principles that govern each area ofour lives as well as principles that govern our lives as awhole. When we attempt to bend, stretch, or otherwisepervert these principles, we set ourselves up for pain andregret in the long run. The most successful individuals

into practice consistently is the prerequisite for designinga life worth living. This interactive playbook also includes avariety of drills or exercises that sharpen your understandingand application.

For the rest of Success Is Not An Accident, Secrets of TheTop 1%, allow us to be your personal life coaches. As wetell our clients, “Our goal is to help you reach your goals.”Throughout each lesson in this series, we will challengeyou to be the best you can be. We’ve tried to speak withan underlying tone of encouragement and accountability.Sometimes, like any good coach, we may appear overlyblunt or even harsh. Don’t take it personally. We just don’twant to let you off the hook. We do not want to see youcheat yourself and your family out of the fruits of your fullpotential. As you progress through each lesson, you willfind the most practical and usable methods for improvingyour results that have ever been developed.

Change Your Life

Throughout this program, we will give you new informa-tion, new perspectives, new strategies, and new skills. Wewill break the complex into the simple. Sometimes, though,we will not be teaching you anything new. We’ll just bereminding you of what must be done and exactly when youneed to do it.

We truly hope you will implement the entire system laid outin this audio series. If you do, it will change your life forever.

who have ever lived have resisted the natural humantendency to make up their own little laws of life. Likewise,if you want to develop all the potential within you, youmust avoid the trendy “principle of the day” mentality thathas permeated our society.

The good news about universal principles is that theywill always be there for you. No matter how often youabandon or slander them, they will still welcome you backlike the prodigal son with open arms. You will, naturally, experience the repercussions of getting off track, but theright course is only a principle or two away.

Brilliant on the Basics

The principles supporting each lesson in this series can becompared to the fundamentals in baseball. The baseballteam that adheres to the fundamentals most consistentlywins most consistently. It is really no mystery at all. Whena team drifts into a slump, it is often described as playing“sloppy ball.” This description simply means they havestrayed from the fundamentals of winning baseball. Evena talent-packed team of superstars will stop winning consis-tently when they fail to execute the proper fundamentals.

By refocusing on the fundamentals, individuals, as wellas teams, break out of slumps. View the lessons in thisprogram as your playbook for successful living. Thisplaybook describes the essential fundamentals for livingan exceptional life. Putting these fundamental principles

around you and see what you are reaping today.”

—TOMMY NEWBERRY

The MindScripting™ FiveDwelling on the Positive

MindScripting™ is a mental exercise that trains your mindto achieve positive feelings, behaviors, and results. Throughyears of working with hundreds of coaching clients in The1% Club, and thousands more in my public events, we’vebecome convinced that the ability to focus on the positivesin your life, sometimes called Treasure Hunting, is anindispensable success skill and goal accelerator.

Sow, Then Reap

Success is a planned outcome, not an accident. Successand failure are both absolutely predictable because theyfollow the natural and immutable Law of Sowing andReaping. Simply stated, if you want to reap more rewards, you must sow more service, contribution, and value.Success in life is not based on need, but on seed. So you’vegot to become good at either planting in the springtime orbegging in the fall.

Remember, your success blesses others. As you increase thequality and quantity of your service to others, your rewardsincrease as a natural consequence. Go for it!

Exposure is the next component of The Results Modeland refers to all the inputs in your life. Exposure includesanything and everything that you have ever taken inthrough your senses. These exposures or inputs began themoment you were born, and continue even today. Thereare several principles that highlight the power of exposuresin your life.

The Law of Association states that you will inevitablybecome more and more like the people with whomyou spend most of your time. Over time, you will adoptthe attitudes, beliefs, habits and even the mannerismsand body language of the people you hang around withthe most.

The Law of Environment states that where you arereinforces who you are. This means that your surround-ings exert an incredibly strong influence over how youthink, speak, and act. Your mind tends to gravitatetoward what it is exposed to the most. Information, ideas, and images that are processed by your brain todaygenerate reactions in the future. Typically, the connec-tion between what you’ve been exposed to in the pastand your behavior in the present is lost, or never made.

The Law of Excluded Alternative states that when youdecide to include certain people in your life, you aresimultaneously choosing to exclude others. When youspend time with the wrong relationships, you lose theopportunity to invest time with the right relationships.

Thought of the Day

You are a Sponge!

Coach’s NotesThe Results Model is a mental tool or mental construct thatprovides you with a visual diagram of what is going on inyour life and helps you understand why. It will also help youmake sense out of other people’s behaviors and the reasonsbehind them. There are seven factors that, collectively, make up what we call The Results Model. In this lesson andthe next, we will review each of these seven elements as theyprovide the foundation for the rest of this series.

Results

First, we will begin with the end. The first step towardachieving the results you want in life is to precisely clarifyexactly what it is you are trying to accomplish. In LessonFour, we will cover “Who” and in Lesson Five, we willcover “What.” These are the two key results where youneed exceptional clarity. Remember, positive results followpositive mental pictures. Clarity of desire generates amagnetic force that draws to you whatever is necessaryto achieve your results.

The Law of Attraction states that you draw into yourlife the people who harmonize with your dominantthoughts, beliefs and world view.

The Law of Non-Neutrality states that everythingcounts when it comes to exposures. Every input eithermoves you toward your God-given potential or itmoves you away.

Coach’s Notes

The next component of The Results Model is called Self-Concept. Your self-concept is the controlling factorin your performance. It is a combination of all the ideas, thoughts, images, and experiences that have happened overthe course of your life that have come together to form acomposite picture of the person you believe yourself to be.Your self-concept has three parts, which operate at thesubconscious level.

The first component is called your Self-Ideal. Think of thisas your Future Picture. It is your ideal vision of yourself atsome point in the future.

The second component of your self-concept is your Self-Image. Think of this as your Current Picture. Thisis how you see yourself, right now and it is based primarilyon your interactions with others. In particular, your

24 www.successisnotanaccident.com

Page 15: SINAA Workbook

888.663.7372 27

Attitude is the next component of The Results Model.Your attitude is your habitual way of thinking. You were notborn with an attitude. The attitude you have today is thecumulative result of your exposures throughout your life-time. In other words, your attitude is a learned response tolife. It is your habitual way of looking at the world, andmore importantly it triggers the way the world looks at you.A positive attitude does not necessarily mean you are overlycheerful or that you always smile in the face of adversity. It just means that you respond in a resourceful way tostressful situations. Your attitude is always working for youor against you. It is only doing one thing or the other—helping or hurting.

The next component of The Results Model is Action.Success is a planned outcome, not an accident. Simply stated,if you want to reap more rewards, you must sow moreservice, contribution, and value. Success in life is not basedon need, but on seed. The mark of a fully mature, mentally healthy individual is the acceptance of completeresponsibility for one’s life. When you accept totalresponsibility, you recognize that you are the cause ofall your choices, decisions, and actions. When you areanchored in the reality of responsibility, you are far morelikely to act in ways that will not later become causes ofregret, frustration, or embarrassment. Life is a two-for-onedeal. With every choice, you get a free consequence.

self-image is a product of what others say to you and whatyou say to yourself.

The third component and foundation of your self-conceptis called Self-Esteem. You are not born with self-esteem,yet your self-esteem is the core of your personality. It is howmuch you value and respect yourself. Your self-esteem isjust another name for mental fitness. High performance andhigh self-esteem go hand in hand. Where you find one, youfind the other.

The next component of The Results Model is Belief.A belief is a collection of subconscious thoughts whichrepresent what you consider to be the absolute truth aboutany given situation or condition in your life. It is a feelingof absolute certainty. Your beliefs are literally hardwired, primarily through repetition, into neural pathways withinyour brain. You are not consciously aware of most of yourbeliefs because you have been living with them for so long.

The next component of The Results Model is Expectation.Expectations are your subconscious assumptions about lifein general and the specific circumstances that may arise inlife. They are your beliefs about what is going to happen inboth the near and distant future. What you expect withconfidence tends to materialize. In other words, when youexpect something enough to actually prepare, in advance, for its occurrence, you are actually attracting that circum-stance into your life. Your expectations become your ownself-fulfilling prophecy.

Coach’s Notes

Part One: Genius

The concept of Genius is closely aligned with two majorprinciples of Peak Personal Performance.

(1) The Strength Principle which states that by focusingon your strengths, you ultimately render your weak-nesses irrelevant, and

(2) The 80/20 Principle, which states that 80 percentof your results come from only 20 percent ofyour inputs.

Here is a quick assignment that will help you

clarify your Genius

The Letter (see sample below). We recommend you send aletter or email to at least seven people who know you welland whom you trust. Once you receive replies, begin toorganize the feedback in a single document so you caneasily detect patterns and similarities in how others see you. This is part of the puzzle.

Dear _______________,

In order to complete an assignment for The 1% Club, would you take a few minutes and think about whatyou consider to be my unique ability and/or the areaswhere you believe I have the most passion? My goal ingetting this feedback is to gradually invest more timedoing both what I love and what creates the bestresults. Thanks for your help!

that helps you make quick, positive decisions that moveyou toward your goal.

6. Absence of Burn Out—By operating in your Genius, you will insulate yourself from burn out. Since you will beworking with your natural grain, doing what you do bestand most love to do, you will get more done in less timeand be happier, healthier, and much more balanced.Burnout is the breaking point result of accumulatedresistance to non-genius activity.

7. The Wing It Factor—When you operate in yourGenius, you are capable of producing excellence with littleor no preparation. Given your string performance, otherswould be shocked to know how little time you spentgetting ready.

Here are Five barriers to Genius

Being aware of these roadblocks will help you notice andthen consciously avoid them, both for yourself and for theteam you work with.

Barrier number one is lack of understanding.

The second barrier to Genius is inertia.

 The third barrier is bureaucracy.

 The fourth barrier is “Do-It-Myself-itis.”

The fifth barrier is employing just an average or decentsupport staff.

A personal mission statement is a written articulation ofexactly what type of person you ultimately want to become. It expresses your unique purpose for living. Your personalmission statement encourages you to change in a deliberate, preconceived direction. The process of constructing apersonal mission statement forces you to seriously thinkthrough the vital areas of your life. Coach’s Notes

Mental discipline is the ability to keep your thoughtsfocused on goal-directed activity to the exclusion of all else. With mental discipline, you reach your goals faster, experi-ence more joy, and become a lot more fun to be around.Virtually any meaningful goal is within reach when youbecome mentally disciplined. Without mental discipline, even relatively easy goals become a strain. With weakmental muscles, your emotional life is random andunpredictable. Mental laziness slowly dissolves yourpotential for greatness—first privately, and then publicly.By deliberately working to improve your mental game, you will upgrade every area of your life. You will hit yourbusiness goals faster. Your family life will be more peaceful. With strong, toned mental muscles, you will be more fitspiritually, emotionally, and physically. Are you ready forThe Mental Edge?

Lesson SixDAY 6 CD #7

The Mental Edge

Quote of the Day“Whatever you direct your mind to think about will

ultimately be revealed for all to see.”

—TOMMY NEWBERRY

A. The Mental Edge Formula.B. The Hold That Thought technique.C. How to discipline your mind.

The MindScripting™ FiveDwelling on the Positive

1. What five things make your life awesome right now?

2. What are a couple of small victories you’ve experiencedfrom the last week?

3. Who are five people outside your immediate family thatlove you or you love, and how does that make you feel?

Page 35: SINAA Workbook

Confidence

Confidence is your belief in your capability to reach a particular goal or bundle of goals. While genuineconfidence is rooted in actual accomplishment, pastperformance alone does not ensure confidence will bedeveloped or maintained. Sustainable self-confidencegrows from exhaustive preparation, winning moments, positive memories, and a focus on incremental progressinstead of perfection.

Challenge

By challenge, we mean the degree of demand that youwillingly place upon yourself. Your mental discipline willrise to meet the level of goal that you set for yourself.Small goals will extract only surface potential. Hugegoals release untapped reserves and trigger surprisingbreakthroughs. Ironically, your best self is revealed whenthe stakes are high, when the deadline is looming, andwhen the game is on the line.

Developing The Mental Edge

Five Strategies

1. MindScripting™ —In MindScripting,™ you areprompted to answer specific questions. The questions areintended to steer your awareness toward something posi-tive and productive. Your thinking can only be as good asthe questions you repeatedly ask yourself.

Understanding The Mental Edge

The Mental Edge Formula: NT + ASK X MD = PPP

Your natural talent plus your acquired skills and knowledgetimes mental discipline equals your personal performancepotential.

You are not born with mental discipline. Mental disciplineis a skill that can and must be learned and then mastered. There are four components to mental discipline, all ofwhich can be intentionally cultivated.

Clarity

The first is clarity about what is to be accomplished, both in the immediate moment as well as long term.Without a precise target to shoot for, your thought lifewill bounce back and forth between competing objectivesand non-objectives.

Concentration

The next component is concentration, referring to howwell you stay engaged in the current moment and fixedon What’s Important Now (WIN) or the “how in thenow.” Anything less than 100% concentration revealsdivided attention and double-mindedness. Remember, distractions are simply misplaced attractions thatdowngrade your potential.

4. Rewrite Your Goals—Rewriting your goals helps alignyour subconscious beliefs with your conscious goals.Writing your goals is effective anytime, but especially firstthing in the morning and right before you go to sleep.

advertising messages each day. If you think like themasses think, you’ll get what the masses get.

4. Never let anyone say anything to you or about you inyour presence that you don’t sincerely want to happen.Be alert whenever someone starts a sentence with theword “you” in daily conversations. Your interactionswith others play a major role in what you believe to betrue about yourself. Sometimes it’s minor. Sometimesit’s major. But everything counts! Be especially mind-ful of old friends who continue to speak of you as theperson you were in the past, but no longer want to be.

5. In dealing with other people, particularly those youlive or work with, never refer to someone or character-ize someone in their presence as something you don’twant them to be or you’ll just be reinforcing theirtendency to be that way. If you want somebody to beon time more often, then the very worst thing you cando is to shout at them or look them in the eye and say,“You’re always late!” Avoid this temptation or you’llkeep getting more of the same!

6. Refuse to claim things or stake your possession toanything that you don’t want in your lifestyle such asmy cold, my headache, my bad back, my debt, or myprice range. Instead, attach yourself mentally andverbally to what you do want such as peace of mind, happiness, prosperity, and perfect health.

7. Leave the past in the past. If it becomes necessary todiscuss a habit, tendency, or quality that you’d rathernot have, always talk about it as if it’s long gone, as if

Seven Practical Insights

Here are seven key ideas or insights that will help youtalk yourself into even more success and get the most outof this lesson.

1. Always use the word “when” rather than “if” insituations where you are talking about somethingyou want to happen. Say, “when I close that sale,” or,“when I lose that weight,” I’m going to take a day off.

2. Take control of your explanatory style, that is, the wayyou interpret past events to yourself. Put a positivetwist on things or “spin it” to your benefit, as they sayin politics, by looking back and reinterpreting anyseemingly negative situation and mentally downplayingor minimizing its significance. This reduces the effectthe past has on your future.

3. Watch out for media programming, the constantsuggestive influence from radio, television, newspaper, magazines, and billboards. It’s estimated that theaverage American is exposed to more than 1,500

70 www.successisnotanaccident.com

Page 38: SINAA Workbook

888.663.7372 73

Questions for 1% Reflection

1. What captures your attention immediately before fallingasleep at night and upon awakening in the morning?

2. What do you tend to think about most when you are notthinking about your goals?

3. How could you better use your drive time to grow, learn, and stay inspired?

4. What are some of the things you have done previously todiscipline your mind?

5. Why are world-class athletes and entertainers the primarypractitioners of mental training techniques?

Who can you influence with the ideas from

it’s history rather than a current, ongoing problem.Use the phrases “up until now,” “in the past,” or“I used to be” to frame any constructive self-criticism.Be careful not to pull the past into the future bymaking generalizations about prior behavior.

A Higher Standard

Anyone can occasionally experience peak performance. We can all have a great day now and then. But that is notenough. Your standard is much higher. Like a world-classathlete, when you achieve the mental edge, you will findyourself replicating your best performance at will. Whenyou do, you will have what it takes to become a world-classhuman being.

Key Question!

In light of your purpose-driven dreams and goals, who doyou most need in your life to sharpen you?

Four Strategies To Sharpen Your Potential

1. Mentors and Models2. MasterMind™ Networks3. Accountability Partners4. Coaches and Advisors

Strategy One: Mentors and Models

A mentor is someone with significant experience and/orunique talents who is willing to personally share theirwisdom with you on a consistent basis. A model is someoneyou respect or admire and is almost identical to a mentorexcept there is not necessarily a personal relationship.Relevant models are to be emulated. You are influenced byyour model when you take the initiative to study, research, and then imitate the habits and success qualities of yourmodel of excellence.

goals with other goal-directed individuals, you crystallizeyour own vision of what needs to be achieved and youbecome more conscious of the ideas, people, andresources that can help you succeed!

2: Participating in a MasterMind™ network transformsyour thinking and triggers creativity. By tapping intothe backgrounds, experience, expertise, and collectivemind power of the other members of your group, yougain a new and fresh perspective on your goals and howto overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of theiraccomplishment.

3: Being in a MasterMind™ alliance will build enthusiasmand energy for goal accomplishment. And it is the personwith the most enthusiasm and energy that continues topay the price of high achievement, even in the face ofseemingly insurmountable obstacles.

4: Participating in a MasterMind™ network providesadditional accountability. It increases the odds that youwill keep doing what needs to be done, when it needs tobe done, even if you don’t feel like it.

5: Being in a MasterMind™ group builds your confidenceand as a result causes you to establish bigger goals, takemore action, and attract more huge thinkers to help youaccomplish your goals.

6: Participating in a MasterMind™ Network affirms yourcommitment to a 1% life. Much of your group’s

3. Develop Your Plan ASK: “I would really value a little bit of your time

each month to mentor me. This would just mean a10–15 minute phone call each month where I couldask you a few questions. Would you be open to that?”

Create your own strategy and structure for thisrelationship.

YES—Schedule first appointment.NO—Ask for referral, or if they might reconsider atanother time. Move to next person on list as necessary.

Strategy Two: MasterMind™ Networks

“A coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people

for the attainment of a definite purpose.”

—NAPOLEON HILL

Goal Acceleration

The major benefit of being part of a MasterMind™ networkis simple: It accelerates your goal accomplishment. You getfrom point A to point Z faster than you would on your own.All the other benefits are just a subset of this. Collectively, they all contribute to this goal acceleration dynamic. Hereare the other reasons why MasterMinding accelerates yourgoal accomplishment.

1: Being in a MasterMind™ group reinforces your com-mitment to accomplish your goals. By discussing your

Page 43: SINAA Workbook

C. Duration. How long will each of your meetings last?We recommend at least two to three hours dependingon the number of participants.

D. Format. What kind of MasterMind™ format will workbest given your goals and the goals of the group? Werecommend pre-planning an agenda so everyone knowswhat to expect when they arrive. Alternate between afreestyle session where the conversation is allowed todrift to different subjects depending on the mood andinterests of the whole group and a structured session inwhich each participant brings a specific issue to bebrainstormed.

E. Who Facilitates. Would you like to have yourgroup/session facilitated by a coach? We recommendone member in your group to act as the moderator andkeep the group on track and the meeting on time. Thisresponsibility can be rotated from meeting to meeting.

Additional Suggestions:

Your MasterMind™ experience should be ultra-positive.This includes the people you invite as well as theatmosphere of where you meet and, of course, thediscussion itself.

Write down a set of goals, ground rules, and expecta-tions for the group and review them at the beginning ofeach session.

conversation will center on success principles. You willbe inspired by the goals of your group’s members andmotivated to do more and be more yourself. You willdevelop strong, deep, and authentic relationships withindividuals committed to maximizing their potential andbecoming real difference-makers. You will absorb thepositive qualities of your group and give of yourself inthe process.

Guidelines For Effective MasterMind™ Groups

A. Selection is Critical! Only invite to join yourMasterMind™ group those individuals who have thefollowing qualities:

People who:● are extremely growth driven● are goal-directed● are huge-thinkers● are ultra-positive● have your respect● have your trust● have proven track record● understand and appreciate the power of the

MasterMind™

B. Frequency. How often should you get together withyour MasterMind™ group? We recommend at least oncea month and as often as weekly.

82 www.successisnotanaccident.com

Page 44: SINAA Workbook

888.663.7372 85

always make the right choices. Accountability helps you todo what you know you should do when you should do itwhether or not you feel like it. One of the greatest reasonspeople veer off track in life is that they don’t have to answerto anyone. This is not the 1% approach!

There are four qualities of a productive accountabilitypartner.

1. _________________—You can rely on this person tobe there for your appointment.

2. _________________—This person is transparent and iswilling to be wounded.

3. _________________—This person is open to new waysof doing things and doesn’t waste energy defendinghis flaws.

4. _________________—You can count on this personto point out your blind spots and be truthful abouthis own.

Strategy Four: Advisors and Coaches:

“I know what I know, but more importantly, I know what I don’t know, and much of my success in life is because of the people I surround myself with.”

—STEVE CESARI

The overarching qualification for paid advisors and coaches isthat they want to see you succeed. Next, they must possessknowledge and wisdom superior to your own and have atrack record of accomplishment within their area of expert-ise. And of course, you must trust them completely.

Share victories since the last meeting with each otherbefore the session gets moving. This injects positivityinto your group and builds momentum.

Affirm each other continually throughout theMasterMinding session by verbalizing something tothe effect of, “I can see you completing the Ironmanin a time of 14 hours” or “I can see you taking yourcompany public.” Whatever the stated goal is, work the“I can see” statements into the group’s conversation.Gradually, it will just become part of the uniqueMasterMind™ experience. Whenever you hear someoneelse affirming your success, it is a powerful confidencebuilder.

Have a set meeting time to avoid the confusion thatcomes from having to continually synchronize multipleschedules. Attendance must be mandatory or the groupwill be short-lived.

For added punch, make sure that everyone has exercisedaerobically just prior to your session and have classicalmusic playing in the background. These two ideas areproven to positively impact your brain chemistry andget the creative juices flowing.

Strategy Three: Accountability Partners

Accountability literally means to stand up and be counted.Accountability is protection against our natural humantendency toward self deception. Authentic accountabilityprovides a great source of information on how we canimprove our lives. None of us has the strength or insight to

The Weekly Coach™

This audio coach challenges you each week to think likethe Top 1%. Since it is not what you know, say, hope, orintend…but only what you do that counts, we challengeyou to do more of the right things from week to week. The “right things” are the actions that clearly move you inthe direction of your God-given potential. This focus onperpetual and never-ending progress is the essence of theentire program. Think about it. Lots of people have goodintentions, but never get world-class results or the rewardsthat go along with them. In most cases, this under-achievement is due to a lack of focus on what truly matters. And this lack of focus can be traced back to a lack ofaccountability. Most people get caught in the urgency trapand unconsciously follow a very reactive approach to livingtheir lives. Over time, this way of thinking and actingbecomes an entrenched habit, slowly eroding would-besuccess throughout the different areas of life.

By listening to this pioneering CD just once each week, youwill quickly develop the mindset of a peak performer. You’llbe asked questions that remind you of your dreams andgoals. You will also be asked the tough questions thatchallenge you to get out of your comfort zone and pushyou to go the extra mile. You’ll be prompted to examineeach area of your life and follow through on commitments

even when you do not feel like it. The cumulative, positiveeffect of briefly evaluating yourself and your life every weekwill rapidly and noticeably accelerate your growth in allareas of life.
