Team Members- WHO ?
What?
To shorten the queue, so as to reduce the waiting time to be served.
Where?
Canteen @ Zhangde Primary School.
When?
During Recess Time ( for all levels )
Why?
To serve the pupils more efficiently during recess time, by reducing the waiting time and frustration.
To create space to allow pupils to walk pass comfortably, without being hindered by the long single queue in front of each stall.
How?
Pupils were asked to queue up in
2 rows instead of one single row in
front of each stall.
Impact
The waiting time was reduced.
Pupils were served more efficiently.
Pupils are much happier now.
Space created to walk pass the queues.
