Simrit® Düse Tailor made profiles

Tunnelling machines, ships’ engines, loading

hatches: just some of the many sealed

surfaces for which standard seals or O-rings

just won’t do. And that’s where Simrit® Düse

profiles come in.

ERIKS provides as preferred supplier up to

3500 standard Simrit profiles, which are exten-

sively tried and tested. A wide range of these

profiles are available on stock, with a delivery

time of a few hours to several days. But also

customer specific solutions are possible.

ERIKS produces the profiles to your own

specifications by hot joining them or vulca-

nizing them in-house for an even stronger

connection.

Getting you exactly any desired seal in a blink

of an eye.

Simrit Düse profiles are available in a wide

range, optionally as a finished product in

(small) batches. You can choose from various

qualities elastomer. The profiles are excellent

suitable for large ring sizes, for example 2

meters. Saving you the expense of having

costly moulds made.

The profiles are available in any size. Thereby,

the quality is always guaranteed. During the

manufacturing process continuously strict

quality controls are carried out (conform ISO/

TS16949).
