1. Reach the assigned store as per the date and time communicated to you

2. Meet the store manager and introduce yourself as an authorised auditor on behalf of

Xiaomi

3. Show the authorization letter and take permission for conducting the audit

4. Record all details as per the guidelines

5. Upload the Audit Report on 1view account using the App

Proofs of

1. Store front pictures

a) Photo of visiting card of the outlet

b) GST number of the outlet

c) Phone number of the store owner

2. Name of the MI Buddy

3.Photographic evidences of all the parameters

4.All the pictures to be captured only using Open Camera App/ Photo Time Stamp (For

Iphone)

5.Report with all the required photographs on 1view

Audit Process


Section 1 – External Visibility

Step-1 Evaluation of External MI Signage & Orange Cladding

Following to be checked with respect to the external Signage (Pictures of the signage to be taken):

1. Presence of Signage

If MI is not the only signage present, Mark the position of the signage with respect to competition

Step-2 Evaluation of Store Front Façade Branding

Following to be checked with respect to the Façade Branding (Pictures of the façade and posters

to be taken):

1. Presence & condition of One Way Vision/ Vinyl Branding

2. Presence and condition of Posters on store exterior (Glass or wall façade not available to be

marked NA)

Section 2 – Internal Visibility

Step-3 Evaluation of the MI Zone

Following to be checked with respect to the MI Zone (Pictures to be taken):

1. Presence of MI Zone

The MI Zone should be prominently visible in the store. Proper pictures of the store interior should be clicked from every angle to see the placement of the MI Zone.



Capture and mention the products of other brands if stocked in the Mi Zone (i.e., Vivo, Oppo, Samsung, Apple, etc)



Step-5 Evaluation of the In-Store Brandings

1. Check whether the Wall Brandings & Acrylic Sandwich are present in the store.

2. There should be atleast one of the branding from the latest campaign (Redmi 8 series, K20

series or MI A3).

Mark whether the Instore Branding was clean, dirt free, undamaged, not broken and visible without

obstruction. Choose the worst one amongst all brandings for evaluation.



Step-4 Evaluation of the Spiel Book

1. Check whether the Spiel Book is available also is it prominently displayed or not.

2. Check whether the Spiel Book is updated*

*Updated Spiel Book to be checked by the latest product information available on it.

Step-5 Evaluation of the POSMs

Capture the types of Xiaomi POSMs available in the store along with pictures

Types of POSM:

1. Table Top

2. Posters

3. Tent Cards

4. Shelf Card/Strip

5. Danglers

6. Wobbler

7. Pyramid

Check if at least 3 different POSMs are available at the store.

* 3 to be inclusive of both Category & Variety. (For eg: Answer to be marked Yes even if there are

2 different types of Posters & 1 tent card, or even if there are 3 different types of Posters)

Section 3 – MI Buddy

Step-7 Evaluation of MI Buddy in the store

1. Check whether the MI Buddy was present in the store

2. Ask the name of the MI Buddy and the Date of Joining.

3. Click a picture of the MI Buddy’s ID Card (Aadhar/Pan Card)4. Ask for Employee ID card and bank account number.

5. If not present, ask other staff member or the store manager about the reason for his absence

6. Check whether the MI Buddy is in uniform (Orange T-shirt)

7. If not in uniform, ask him about the reason for the same

Section 4 – Product Placement & Availability

Step-8 Check the Availability of Mobiles

At least 1 unit for each of the following Focus Mobile Phones should be present in stock:

1. MI A3

2. Redmi K20 Series (K20 or K20 Pro)

3. Redmi Note 7 Pro

4. Redmi Go

5. Redmi 8

6. Redmi 8A

7. Redmi Note 8 Pro

Click pictures of atleast 1 unit of each product available

Check if pen markings are present on front of the mobile boxes for model, price etc.

Positive answer to be marked if marking is there even on few boxes.



Step-10 Check the Availability of Accessories

At least 1 unit for each of the following Focus Accessories should be present in stock:

1. Power banks

2. Earphones - 399/ 699

3. Cables and charger

4. Mi Band 4




Step-11 Check the Availability of the Dummy/Demos

1. At least 1 unit of the Dummy /Demos for each of the following Mobile Phones should be

present :

1. MI A3

2. Redmi K20 Series (K20 or K20 Pro)

3. Redmi Note 7 Pro

4. Redmi Go

5. Redmi Note 8

6. Redmi 8

7. Redmi 8A

8. Redmi Note 8 Pro
