SECURITY GUARDING
Guarding is one of our expert field, we committed to deploy
around the clock security officer that are full trained, vetted,
uniformed and registered with PSIRA. Our staff is at the
center of our operation and we believe that the right
qualified officer with the best resources at hand will be able
to perform their duties effectively. Potential staff have to
produce the following:
• SA identity document.
• PSIRA registration certificate and card.
• All training certificates from accredited training schools
SUPERVISION
In order to comply with our clients service level
agreement, Silwayiphi Cleaning and Security Services
always appoints well trained, experienced site managers
and competent supervisors responsible for all tasks and
duties to be performed on site to meet our client’s
needs. The site managers must be fully familiar with the
terms and conditions and standard operating
procedures of each site. Our supervisors are charged
with scheduling, assigning security posts and acting as
liaisons between the company board of directors and
out clients.
DIVISION MANAGEMENT
Regular visits for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and
assessing if the set standards are being adhered to and to
liaise with our clients. This division pays site visits to post to
ensure that security officers are on duty and properly
dressed and outfitted for the job, because security generally
works long hours, so it pays sudden day and night site visits
to ensure that our security officers are executing their duties
professionally. The maintenance of round the clock
supervision at irregular intervals is the sole responsibility of
this division activities to promote alertness. This is a 24 hour
line function responsibility from the top.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
The starting point is providing highly trained officers that are accredited with PSIRA. Daily and spontaneous
visits are made by area managers who are accountable for maintaining set standard operating procedures,
company polices as well as the clients work procedures and policies.

ARMED RESPONSEWe operate a comprehensive range of reliable fleet of tactical response vehicles manned by highly trained security

basis with over 30 applicants per month, with an average of 12 new appointees. Most applicants are
unable to meet the requirements stipulated in our organisational vision and culture and objectives.
VEHICLESAll our vehicles are fitted with tracking devices and are constantly monitored for location and
compliance. The vehicles are roadworthy and clearly marked. We provide rapid response 24 hours a
day; 365 days a year. Our mobile patrol security officers secure the premises and personnel by patrolling
the property, monitoring surveillance equipment and inspecting equipment and access point.
STAFF RECRUITMENTWith regards to staff recruitment and placement a company policy places a strong emphasis on the critical employer aspect like:

mathematical figures and must be computer literate and in the Security officer training they must have
the training Grade B-A.

TRAININGTraining is the center of our organization, the company has since developed the training division which is registered with the
Department of Higher Education and training, EDTP Seta, Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA), safety and
security Seta and all our course are NQF compliant. The course content includes a comprehensive security training that include:
• Guarding and patrolling • Basic legal aspects • Radio communication
• Occupational health & safety • Roles and functions of security • Basic fire fighting
• Written reports • Basic public relations • Supervision
• Group relations • Customer care • Basic principles of investigations
All the company staff are given the opportunity to develop their skills, knowledge and careers through continuous training,
in-service education, and on the job training at cost to the company. The staff performance is being continuously monitored and
evaluated through the company’s performance management system.
Silwayiphi Cleaning and Security Services quality management is consider a multidisciplinary team function in that it
encompasses all of the functions and activities within the company. Responsibility for quality and quality management
activities are therefore not only vested in the quality representatives but is the responsibility of everyone in the company. All
our business processes are managed, integrating customer retention and customer relations management processes, incident
investigation management and tracking process, fleet and financial management systems, resource scheduling and resource
productivity systems. The system is user friendly and creates a platform for best practice development and continuous of
service delivery. Routines liaison with clients will be established over and above every complaint or incident relating to a site is
relayed through our command Centre and captured date onto our red flag logging system. These will be immediately
disseminated to the responsible operational manager for immediate intervention. The incident will be tracked every 8 hours
throughout its full cycle and ensure that they have been escalated for the required corrective action and client
communication. The incident will only be deescalated to green flag status upon client sign-off of a satisfactory conclusion. The

complaints are recorded and monitored on an ongoing basis to correct and improve site security. The company regularly
conducts satisfaction survey questionnaires to determine service standards. Silwayiphi Cleaning and Security Services is not
