Bollard Light Wall fitting

Ceiling fitting The fitting is equipped with 1 cable input

• Cylindrical light for installation on wall, ceiling and floor or as a bollard light – surface.

• Configuration: die-cast aluminium structure, EN AB-47100 alloy (low copper content), extruded aluminium pole (version “on post”). Borosilicate diffuser: transparent or sandblasted.

• Double layer coating for high resistance to corrosion: the aluminium components are painted with a doublecoat using powders which are compliant with QUALICOATstandards: a first layer of epoxy powder (with excellent chemical and mechanical resistance) and a secondfinishing layer of polyester powder (resistant to UV rays and atmospheric agents). The entire painting process of the aluminium fitting starts from components which have been sandblasted in advance to make the surface more porousand increase the adherence of the paint. Ares effectsalkaline and acid washing to clean the surfaces completely, then rinses with demineralised water to remove any residue particles, subsequently a chemical conversion treatment is done to protect against rusting.

M16 cable gland (4,5<Ø<10mm cables) placed under txhe head of the luminaire. Mini Silvia on post: the luminaire is equipped with a piece of cable and a watertight 3-waysconnector (for cables 5<Ø<13mm) for direct or end-to-end connection. Outdoor use requires suitable flexible cables. We recommend installation on a concrete basement orsurface, directly with bolts or through the dedicated fixing plate (to be ordered separately).

• We recommend the use of a connection system with aprotection degree greater than or equal to the protectiondegree of the luminaire.

• During the installation and the maintenance of the fixtures it is important to be careful and avoid damages on the paint coating. Damages on the coating exposed to outdoor conditions orwater, could cause corrosion.Chemical substances affect the anticorrosion coveringprotection.
