How the Silhouette Program Works.

We said before that we wanted the Silhouette Solution to be simple enough to

fit on the back of a product box.

Pick your current Silhouette, then pick the one you want to

become.

Follow steps 2 & 3 for 8 weeks. Keep adding a week until you reach your desired silhouette.

Eat 5 calibrated meals per day

Eat 1 Silhouette Approved Meal

per day.

You’ll eat a total of 6 meals per day (5) Silhouette Staples and 1 Silhouette-Approved Meal. Eat your first meal within 30 minutes of rising. Then eat a meal every 2 - 3 hours after that (total 6). Eat your Silhouette Approved Meal any time. Drink one full glass of water (8 - 12 oz. between each meal). Walk briskly for 30 minutes 3 times / week.
