pleased to again offer our very popular

Fine Wine Auction which includes some

of the world’s most highly rated and

coveted vintages.

With our automated ClickBid auction

bidding system, you can bid from the

comfort of your seat and ensure that you

won’t miss out on bidding for those items

that have captured your interest. Bid high

and bid often, knowing that you’re getting

a great deal and supporting women with

cancer from coast to coast.

HOW IT WORKSInstructions for ClickBid

1. Once you have checked in at Registration you will receive your “Bidder Number” via text message. The text message will also include a direct link to the Mirror Ball Silent Auction.

2. To start bidding, go to the hyperlink on your text message or select your mobile browser and go to mirrorball.clickbid.mobi and enter your Bidder Number.

The online system will let you browse items by number, category and items yet to have a bid placed on them.

3. To place a bid, enter the item number or locate the item in the category and place your bid. *NEW* put in your MAX bid and the system will do the work for you.

4. Once you have entered your bid, the system will send you a text should you be out bid. If you entered a max bid, you will only get a message when your max bid has been beat. A ‘Buy It Now’ option is available for all items at retail value.

5. At the close of the auction (10:00pm) you will receive notification of the items won. Return to your bidding system and you can view full results for all of the items you were bidding on.

Silent Auction checkout will begin at 11:00pm.

During application, the gels have a milky appearance that over time dry transparent, a process reminiscent of a photograph developing in a darkroom. ITEM RETRIEVAL: After payment has been made, present your receipt(s) to a Mirror Ball Volunteer in the Silent Auction area. Volunteers will then assist you in retrieving your item(s).

PLEASE DO NOT RETRIEVE YOUR OWN ITEM(S). Items that have been left behind (whether paid for or not) are the responsibility of the bidder to either pick up or arrange for shipping from Beauty Gives Back office. Beauty Gives Back is not responsible for making shipping arrangements or for any costs related to the shipping or transport of items after the Mirror Ball event. GENERAL INFORMATION:

• All values noted in the Evening Program, including the Silent Auction Catalogue, reflect suggested retail prices in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated and are based on information provided by the donor. Every attempt has been made to ensure their accuracy. Please use these figures as a guide to your bidding only.

• The Evening Program booklet and Silent Auction Catalogue are compilations of all the information available at the time of printing. Some item descriptions bear information relative to your bidding decision, e.g., size, availability dates, restrictions, expiry dates, blackout periods, etc. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. All items are sold “as is” unless otherwise noted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No responsibility is assumed by Beauty Gives Back for errors in advertising, deletions, substitutions, or omissions. We regret any last minute changes.

• Should the highest bidder on any auction item fail to make full payment on the night-of the event, the Beauty Gives Back retains the right to void the bid and dispose of the item in any manner it deems fit and to anyone it shall so choose.

• Errors in recording your bid may occur. If you enter a wrong amount in your mobile device, locate a volunteer or proceed to the Electronic Help Desk immediately.

• Mirror Ball volunteers will provide assistance in making delivery arrangements from the venue for large, oversized items as indicated on accompanying item information descriptions. Alternatively, items may be picked up at Beauty Gives Back office during regular business hours prior to Tuesday, December 1st, 2015. Beauty Gives Back assumes no responsibility for item(s) not claimed before that date. Additionally, Beauty Gives Back assumes no liability for items damaged in transit or during storage at its offices after the event.

• All arrangements and details relating to prize fulfillment are to be arranged directly between the donor and the winning bidder.
