‘Vijeta’  is  a  social  network  game  which  helps  users  learn  a  new  language  of  their  choice.

The  game  starts  with  the  user  portraying  to    be  a  king  who  has    to  explore  and  expand  his  empire.  In  order  to  do  so,  he  must  acquire    knowledge    (in  this  case,  leZers  and  words  of  a  language  he  wants  to  learn).  IniBally  users  are  awarded  easy  leZers  of  the  alphabet  which  can  be  used  to  make  basic  words.  Users  must  complete  challenges  and  tasks  with  the  server  to  learn  more  leZers  and  words  in  order  to  play  and  build  their  empire.

As  the  game  progresses  ,  users  will  get  the  opBon  of  challenging  friends  or  other  compeBtors.  This  moBvates  the  user  to  expand  his  empire  .

Technical Considerations

Team  Siksha,  Nokia  Bhasha  2011,  Bengaluru

• GPRS connection would be required play online. - Nokia Lanqu< Tele communications Service Provider< User’s Phone

•  Software updates will be accessed through Nokia Servers directly. Handset would need to be connected to a PC. - Nokia Lanqu < User’s PC < User’s Phone

• Player notifications can be pushed through SMS

• Nokia should charge only for the ‘Online play’ part of the game.

• Nokia can hold national LanQu tournaments and quests, to encourage users to play.
