MSA - FLASHMASTER WELDING HELMET Ideal for electrical or arc welding, the Flashmaster is

manufactured in polypropylene to guarantee a light-

weight design and superior strength that is heat resistant

and chemical resistant. Welding splatter is minimised

by a replaceable CR39 cover lens which protects the

filter. An impact resistant polycarbonate clear lens fit-

ted as a backing lens. For comfort the Flashmaster also

features a padded cloth headband, adjustable head di-

ameter, height and faceshield angle.

MSA - HUSH MUFF EARMUFF This earmuff is durable, lightweight and comfort-

able. The headband features a 360 degree rotation

function and can be worn with the headband in any

position. The metal-free design is suited to many

electrical environments. It is rated at 20dB. New

Zealand grading is 2.

MSA - COMFO 2 RESPIRATORS The Comfo II respirator uses a contoured face

piece that provides a high degree of comfort. The

special face piece material is designed to give

excellent chemical resistance whilst still being

robust. The mask provides easy breathing

through large inhalation and exhalation ports.

The cradle headband is easy to adjust and pro-

vides daylong comfort.

SR 100 HALF MASK The SR 100 half mask is made of silicone and is

available in 2 sizes. S/M and M/L. The mask is

equipped with two exhalalation valves, which ensures

very low exhalation resistance. Valve covers with baf-

fles effectively protect the exhalation membrane

against dust and paint mist. The easily adjustable elas-

tic head harness of the mask is designed as a V-

shaped loop and has a large, comfortable and secure

fit. The SR 307 compressed air attachment can be

connected. Tested in accordance with prEN 140:1996

SR 90-2 HALF MASK The SR 90-2 half mask is made of thermoplastic elas-

tomer (TPE) in 2 sizes i.e. S/M and M/L. The mask is

equipped with two exhalation valves, which ensures

very low breathing resistance. The easily adjustable

elastic head harness of the mask isdesigned as a V-

loop and has a large, dished crown plate, whichcon-

tributes towards a comfortable and secure fit. The SR

307 compressed air attachment can be connected.

Tested in accordance with prEN 140:1996 Nominal

protection factor: 50

SR 200 FULL FACE MASK The Sundstom SR 100 full face mask is intended for use

wherever the same maximum safety and good breathing

comfort are required as those for which our half masks have

become acknowledged. The SR 200 is used with the same

simple filter system and the same compressed air attachment

as the half masks.

It has two exhalation valves for minimum exhalation resis-

tance, a faceblank of silicone and a quickly adjustabel elastic

strap head harness.

Particle filters 210/310 P3 protect against all types of parti-

cles (dust, smoke, mist, spray, asbestos, bacteria, viruses,

ect.). The large filter area (11 dm2) ensures extremely low

breathing resistance (0.3 - 0.35 mbar at 30 I/min, compared

to the value of <1.2 mbar at 30/ I/min specified by the stan-

dard) and has a long useful life. The 210/310 shoud always

be used in combination with pre-filter 221, which increases

the useful life of the particle filter.
