The Finance and Operations Manager will own the

outcomes of:

1. Ensure the effective management of the financial and accounting systems and that financial policies and procedures are in alignment with Vietnam law and FHF requirements.

2. Establish and implement procedures to ensure effective internal control and risk management and provide accurate reporting in line with FHF requirements

3. Prepare and manage all types of financial reporting including Partner monthly report, project financial reports, statement of accounts and financial audit as requested, provide analysis and advice on the reports to support the Program team deliver required outcomes in an effective manner

4. Collaborate effectively across the Country, Regional and Global teams and with partners in all Finance and Operations processes, and in particular with budget preparation and monitoring, and provide advice to improve operational and finance outcomes.

5. Lead office operations to ensure an efficient and pleasant office environment with appropriate governance and best practice in line with FHF requirements

6. Manage Finance and Operations staff to deliver required outcomes with a focus on development of staff capabilities
