A. BACKGROUND

Understanding the needs of socializing the meaning of education day,

school, as an education institution has an obligation to grow the motivation of

studying and a healthy competition climate among the students. Therefore,

education day is a good momentum to hold an event in order to create well

– motivated students and develop a healthy competition climate towards

learning among students.

B. THEME

The theme of this event is ―Brighton EduComp 2012 – Be Bright Be The Best‖.

This theme represents the spirit of school members, who will brightly do the

best effort to reach the best achievement at school.

C. OBJECTIVE

Our objectives by holding this event are:

Celebrate education day and commemorate the struggle of educational

heroes who dedicated their life for the better world

Create and maintain good relationship among Brighton Junior High

School students, and other branches in Karya Kasih Mandiri Foundation

Build a healthy competition climate among schools in Karya Kasih Mandiri

Foundation

The participants are students from ABC Kids Kindergarten (all 6 branches),

ABC Kids Elementary School (DDN Branch), and ABC Kids Elementary School

(Kota Wisata Branch). Brighton Junior High School students are event

committee as well as visitors. Visitors will not be charged in this event.

In order to celebrate and commemorate Indonesian Education Day , Student

Council of Brighton Junior High School hereby hold 2012 Brighton EduComp,

SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions are as follows:

1. Sponsors must confirm the participation in sponsorship at the latest on April

20, 2012.

2. Sponsorship is started by completing sponsor contract which are attached

(3 pages) in this proposal before April 20, 2012.

3. Contract is committed by direct payment which has to be done before

April 20, 2012.

4. Payment can be done by a cash payment or a transfer payment through

committee’s account.

5. The payment is legal if committee has received the cash otherwise other

compensations.

6. Priority of sponsorship consecutively as following: Diamond, Platinum,

Gold, Silver, Bronze

7. Data and/ or logos of sponsors which are required for the sponsorship must

be received by committee at the latest April 20, 2012 related to printing of

promotion media, otherwise committee will not be responsible for the

inexistence of the data and logos of the sponsors on promotion media

8. Committee may change the format of sponsor’s promotion if it is

inappropriate or considered as violence under the law.

MATERI IKLAN

Pengaturan dan penempatan materi iklan merupakan wewenang pihak

Pasal 2

KETENTUAN PEMBAYARAN

Pembayaran pertama sebesar 50% diberikan oleh pihak pertama kepada

pihak kedua saat kontrak ditandatangani selebihnya diserahkan paling

lambat 14 hari sebelum kegiatan berlangsung.

Apabila pembayaran kedua belum dapat dipenuhi pada waktu yang

ditentukan, maka pihak pertama berhak melaksanakan pembuatan dan

pemasangan iklan/ kontraprestasi sponsor ke dalam ukuran, jumlah, dan jenis

yang ditentukan pihak pertama senilai pembayaran pertama.

Pengambilan dana hanya bisa dilakukan oleh ketua panitia, seksi

pendanaan atau pihak yang telah diberi mandat. Pembayaran dapat

dilakukan dengan uang tunai, atau transfer yang ditujukan rekening pihak

pertama:

Pasal 3

PEMBATALAN

Jika terjadi pembatalan kerjasama oleh pihak kedua setelah kontrak

ditandatangani oleh kedua belah pihak, maka pihak kedua akan dikenakan

biaya ganti rugi kepada pihak pertama sebesar 50% dari seluruh nilai

sponsorship yang dibatalkan tersebut.

Jika terjadi pembatalan kerjasama oleh pihak pertama setelah kontrak

ditandatangani oleh kedua belah pihak, maka pihak pertama akan

mengembalikan seluruh dana yang telah diterima dari pihak kedua tersebut.

Sponsor dalam bentuk barang bukan makanan dan minuman yang

dibatalkan oleh pihak kedua setelah kontrak ditandatangani oleh kedua

belah pihak, maka pihak kedua akan dikenakan biaya ganti rugi kepada

pihak pertama sebesar 50% dari seluruh nilai sponsorship yang dibatalkan

tersebut.

Pasal 4

LAIN-LAIN

Hal-hal yang belum ditentukan dalam perjanjian kerjasama ini ditentukan

kemudian secara musyawarah mufakat.

Pasal 5

PENUTUP

Demikianlah perjanjian kerjasama ini dibuat serta berlaku mulai hari dan

tanggal ditanda tanganinya kerjasama ini.
