• Senate NASA Reauthorization bill passed; House bill delayed until September
• “Compromise” legislation not fully in line with President’s plan
• Great support from NM Delegation, in particular:– Senator Tom Udall– Representative Ben Ray Lujan
• Amendments to protect CRuSR program in both House & Senate bills successful
• Larger commercial space industry transition have been delayed by Congressional opposition
