1 Introduction

1.1 Purpose

The purpose of the document is to provide the step by step procedure for installation of SiebelAnalytics Briefing Book Reader (BBR). This document contains step by step procedure withscreenshots for BBR installation.

1.2 Audience

The primary audience of this document is support team for GSMS users or any analytics enduser. This is required for every user, who would like to see analytics reports offline which aredownloaded in briefing books.

1.3 Scope

This document is used along with Briefing Book Reader installable and its license file. Thisprimarily gives step by step BBR installation procedure and it could be used by analytics user toinstall it on his machine or laptop. This is required for every user, who would like to seeanalytics reports offline which are downloaded in briefing books.

2 BBR Installation Procedure

The BBR step by step procedure is given below

1. Get a copy of BBR installable and a license file for the same

Installable Name: SBBinstall.exeLicense File: BBR License.xml

2. Click on Win32Setup.exe file and screen as below will appear. Click on Next button onthat screen.

3. After clicking on Next button following screen will appear. Accept the licenseagreement by checking a box as shown in screen below. Click on Next button on thatscreen.

4. After clicking on Next button following screen will appear. This screen will appear withdefault install directory path as C:\Program Files\Siebel Analytics\SABBReader. Youcan continue with default path or can change the path if required. Click on Next buttonon that screen.

5. After clicking on Next button following screen will appear. This screen will ask for a

path of BBR license file path. This path can be given by clicking on Browse Button onthe screen below and going to final license file location. The sample license file path isshown in screen below. Click on Next button on that screen after specifying license filepath.

6. After clicking on Next button following screen will appear. This screen will show you

install location specified by you and memory size required for installation. After verifyingpath given and memory size required click on Next button.

8. After clicking on Next button following screen will appear. This screen will give amessage for successful installation of BBR and Finish button activated. Click on theactivated Finish button and it will be end of BBR installation. It will not require Restartof a machine on which it is installed.

3 BBR Un-installation Procedure

1. On your computer, navigate to Start Control Panel Add or Remove Programs andyou will see following screen. In the list of installed programs, there will be SiebelAnalytics Briefing Book Reader program. Click on Change/Remove button

2. 2 After clicking on Change/Remove button and it will take you to following screen.Click on Next button

3. After clicking on Next button following screen will appear. Ensure both ProductUnistallation and BBReader check boxes are checked and click on Next button

4. After clicking on Next following screen will appear. Click on Next button on thatscreen.

5. After clicking on Next button following screen will appear and click on Finished, it willbe end of end of uninstall process
