Established in 1986, Maxitile is a California Corporation and a member of the Mexalit Group, which has been manufacturing fiber cement and concrete building

products for over 75 years. The Mexalit Group has nineteen strategically located plants in North and South America.

MaxiSiding is composed of cement, silica sand, cellulose fibers, water and selected additives, that has been autoclaved (cured with pressurized steam) to increase its strength and dimensional stability, using the autoclaved curing process.

MaxiSiding products are manufactured in a state-of-the-art technology and comply with International, ASTM and internal Standards and Specifications.

PerformanceMaxiSiding line offers a full range of solutions, free of knots and voids, but with the warm and natural look of wood.

MaxiSiding won’t rot or crack, and it resists damage from rain, hail and flying debris, but the best of all, it is fire resistant, it will not melt like other materials, nor will it burn or generate toxic fumes like wood or hardboard and resistant to fungus, weather and time.

MaxiSiding offers the appearance of wood-grain, smooth tiles, and or stucco with much lower maintenance requirements. Due to its superior durability and resistance to damage from extreme weather conditions, the MaxiSiding can be used in virtually any climate when installed by approved installers in accordance to local building codes and MaxiTile published installation guides.

The light weight and ease of application of MaxiSiding products contribute substantially to economical construction thus affording a considerable savings in material and labor.

MaxiSiding cost about 75% less than natural stone, 37% less than cedar, 24% less than wood siding, (according to R.S. Means data), and the waste factor is three to five percent, with wood it’s 18% more.

MultiShake are long panels to decorate large areas, proving easy and simple installation. The look of six individual shingles all in one single panel. You can even get half round, staggered edge, straight edge or provenzal shapes.

MaxiShingle are intended for applications in walls and facades, offering the beautiful appearance of small wood shingles bringing a different and decorative finish. Ideal to cover smaller areas. Cover or construct your facades to the purest American or European style.

MaxiPanel is designed for use as vertical siding. The Fiesta Stucco look is perfect for Tudor-style homes. Cedar panel gives great accent effects. MaxiPanel can also used for soffit, gables, parapets, porches and deck skirting.

MaxiPanel High Adhesion with the same MaxiPanel characteristics and a corrugated texture in the surface, brings greater adhesive capacity for ceramic, stucco or other similar applications. Ideal for kitchens and baths, as wett as for exterior wall applications.

MaxiSoffit vented avoids the need for separate boxes or strip vents and minimizes the need for cutting. MaxiSoffits are also available smooth or cedar textures, which can be vented or non-vented.

MaxiTrim planks are designed specially to be used in corners board, columns, windows, doors, joints, etc. offering beauty and elegance to the finish and details of your house. Choose from Smooth or Cedar texture, our MaxiTrim Duo-Tex with one side of each- doubling your option. MaxiTrim completes the architectural design.

FinishingMaxiPrimer. Poor job site conditions and weather often lead to delays in finishing your siding. Factory priming protects the product from moisture penetration on the job site and once the product is installed. That is why we recommend selecting MaxiPrime factory primed MaxiSiding products. MaxiPrime provides a superior surface, allowing for faster and more uniform field application of the finishing coats. Paint. Paint life depends on the quality and quantity of paint applied. Two topcoats are recommended and will give the best results. Unlike wood, paint on fiber cement will last for many years.

Quality and EnvironmentalQuality and Environmental commitments throughout our plants have allowed our group to receive ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Independent inspections conduced by accredited third party agencies ensure that Maxi-products quality is maintained.

All our manufacturing plants have on site water treatment plants, waste water is recycled and used during the production process. Nearly all scrap and off-specifications material is reprocessed into other MaxiSiding products, meaning only finished products ever leave the manufacturing plant. Recycled cellulose from paper scrap, paper packing, and newspaper are used in the manufactured process. Our plants have been recognized by the Mexican government for “Industria Limpia”. (Clean Industry).
