1. Lat back pull-downSit on the seat, extend your arms and hold the ends of the bar with an overhand grip. Pull the bar down behind your head. Keeping your arms slightly bent, extend the bar back to the starting position.
2. Lat front pull-downSit on the seat, extend your arms and hold the ends of the bar with an overhand grip. Pull the bar to the top of the chest. Keeping your arms slightly bent, extend the bar back to the starting position.
3. Ab CrunchSit on the seat, extend your arms, and hold the middle of the bar with an overhand grip behind your head. Keep your back straight and slowly bend forward at the waist. Slowly return to starting position.
4. ButterflyRemove the lat bar from the high cable. Engage the lock lever. Sit on the seat, lean back straight so that your back is touching the pad behind you at all times. Place your arms on the pads, as shown. Keep your back straight and slowly press your arms toward each other. Push your arms together using your elbows, and forearms, not your hands. Slowly return to starting position.

5. Bench pressRemove the lat bar from the high cable. Release the lock lever. Sit on the seat and place your hands on the outer handles with an over-hand grip and elbows raised, as shown. Keep your back straight and slowly push the bars forward. Keep a slight bend in the elbows. Slowly return to starting position.
6. Leg extensionRemove the lat bar from the high cable. Sit on the seat and place your knees over the upper set of roll pads and your feet under the lower set of roll pads. Extend the lower roll pads on the leg beam to the position shown. Keep your back straight against the pad then slowly raise legs until they are almost straight. Slowly return to starting position.
7. Triceps press-downAttach the lat bar to the high cable. Hold the lat bar and pull the bar down until your arms are almost straight. Keep your elbows close to your body and your back straight. Slowly return to starting position.
8. Leg curlsRemove the lat bar from the high cable. Adjust the lower roll pads on the lever. Stand facing the machine with the back of one leg resting against the lower roll pad on the lever. Raise the lever by bending your leg to the position as shown. Keep your back straight and slowly return to the starting position.

9. Hip abduction/ hip adductionRemove the lat bar from the high cable. Attach the ankle cuff to the low cable. Stand sideways and attach the cuff to your ankle, around your outside leg. Keep your leg straight an slowly move It outward, away from your body. For hip adduction, turn around and move your inside leg across the front of your outside leg. Hold onto the butterfly arm for balance. Keep your back straight and slowly return to the starting position.
10. Back kickRemove the lat bar from the high cable. Attach the ankle cuff to the low cable. Stand facing the machine and attach the cuff around your ankle. Keep your leg straight and slowly move it back as shown. Hold onto the butterfly arm portion of the ma-chine for balance. Keep your back straight and slowly return to the starting position.
11. Standing curlRemove the lat bar from the high cable. Attach the small bar to the low cable. Stand facing the machine, arms extended. Do not lock your elbows. Hold the bar with an underhand grip. Keep your elbows at your side. Bend your elbows bringing the bar to your chest as shown. Keep your back straight and slowly return to the starting position.
12. Upright rowRemove the lat bar from the high cable. Attach the small bar to the low cable. Stand facing the machine, arms extended. Hold the bar with an overhanded grip. Pull upwards, keeping the bar close to your body, bending your arms bring the bar to your chest as shown. Keep your back straight and slowly return to the starting position.

This Action Side Shift Gym is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of this article. Evidence of unfair usage or incorrect adjustment by the owner will void this promise.
The bene�ts conferred by this manufacturer's warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Commonwealth), and any other statutory rights to which you may already be entitled, and this warranty does not exclude, restrict or modify any such rights or remedies that are implied by law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Conditions of WarrantyAll warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt, tax invoice or other proof of purchase.
This warranty does not extend to any damage to a product caused by abuse, improper or abnor-mal usage, or repairs not provided by us or our Service Centre. Nor does this warranty extend to products used for commercial or rental purposes. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear, tear and weathering, failure to follow directions, improper installation, improper maintenance or acts of God (such as damage caused by storms, lightning, heavy winds and by snow or ice).
Making A Warranty Claim
In order to make a claim under this warranty please direct your enquiries to our Service Centre. You can contact them on our Freecall 1800 465 070 number or send mail to them at Action Service Centre: 6 Sedgwick Place, Smeaton Grange, NSW 2567 – if mailing please include your contact details.
A service representative will then assist you in the appropriate action to be taken. For e�cient processing of your enquiry please have proof of purchase, the date of purchase and the retailer name you purchased the item from, and the brand on the product. Photos of the product, and scans of receipts, may be requested to assist with your claim.

The service centre representative will assess the claim. If:
1) There is a minor fault, they can o�er either a replacement spare part, replacement unit, repair or other suitable remedy;
2) There is a major fault, they can o�er a replacement, repair or suggest you return to the store you purchased it from for a full refund.
Please note – a request for compensation will need documentary evidence of the loss or damage su�ered. It will also need to be evidenced that such a loss was a reasonably foreseeable result of a failure by Action Fitness to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
3) The product was damaged through abnormal use, no refund or repair can be o�ered.
The sending of replacements, spare parts or the cost of repair carried out by the Service Centre will be organized and covered by Action Fitness. If collection of the item is required this will be organized by the Service Centre and at our expense. Do not return any products without authori-zation as this will be at your expense.
Our sales and service centre has been set up to provide assembly assistance, replacement parts and accessories, and to e�ciently handle all warranty related matters. Please note upon receiving your warranty claim our Service Centre will send, via post or email, a repair and refurbished goods or parts notice.
