This creates a single framework for employees to create itineraries, perform travel, hotel and car booking, capture receipts, create expense reports and submit them for approval. Facilitates employee self-service by creating an intuitive user experience, which allows the employee to enter their travel details directly onto the calendar. This concept, called ‘calendar booking,’ intuitively picks up preferred flights and/or accommodation streamlining the travel process. Another feature of this solution is the notification system that automatically updates flight, accommodation and other details into the calendar.
