Some of the most significant changes in my career I’ve seen

• The hierarchical institution has gone.

• The cloak of intrigue is diminishing

• Parents/children have choices explained

• They are encouraged to ask questions

• Nurses recognise they don’t always get it right.

• Nurses reflect and change……….
