Mar’10 – till date with KPMG, Bangalore as Manager (Management Consulting)
Key Responsibilities
Rendering advisory services across diverse clients in the area of outsourcing, shared services and IT strategy &
performance.
Responsible for practice development including formulating service offers, preparing go-to-market strategies,
solutioning & capability development; Responsible for sales target of INR 2.5 Crores and revenue realization of INR
2.25 Crores; Currently evaluating setup of consumer markets analytics services for the firm.
Assisting customers in negotiating large deals involving outsourced projects, applications and infrastructure.
Delivering on engagements ranging from shared services setups, sourcing health checks, IT portfolio management,

Notable Achievements
Setup and operated a Program Management Office for establishing a 1500 seater IT and Finance Shared Services
Centre for a leading MNC; Responsibilities included establishment of program governance, stakeholder management,
organization change management, risk management, financial modeling, benefits management, defining commercial
framework for operations & transition management.
Defined and setup the processes for the demand management office for a IT Shared Services Centre; Responsibilities

entailing movement of the processes from 8 European countries.

and recommendation of solutions to close gaps and arrive at effective sourcing relationship.
