Keeping in view Nation wide lockdown in the country due to COVID-19, online provisional admission will be given to your son/daughter/ward subject to his/her confirming to the age limit given below, online deposit of fee and submission of mandatory admission documents. (j) Ex-serviceman certificate issued by District Soldier Welfare Officer, in the case of ex-serviceman.

(k) Undertaking from the parents with regard to submission of original documents at the time of admission, as per format given at Appendix ‘N’.

4. Scrutiny of Documents Submitted Online. After submission of documents by the parents as mentioned in Para 3 above, these documents will be scrutinized by Sainik School Chandrapur. The candidates, whose documents are found to be correct, as per school requirement, will be allotted School Number. Thereafter, parents will be informed about acceptance of documents along with School Number of the cadet. 5. Payment of online Fee. After receipt of information from Sainik School Chandrapur regarding acceptance of documents for provisional admission and School Number of the cadet, the school fee to be deposited through NEFT/RTGS to Sainik School Chandrapur school account. The information regarding Sainik School Chandrapur account will be intimated to parents after acceptance of provisional admission and allocation of school number. It is reiterated that the fee is to be deposited only after receipt of information from Sainik School Chandrapur regarding acceptance of provisional admission of candidate and allocation of school number. 6. Once the fee is credited in the school account, the candidate will be given provisional admission in the school and the same will be intimated to the parents through email/SMS/WhatsApp Message. Receipt for fee can be obtained from the School at the time of joining of the cadet at the school. 7. Online Classes. After giving the provisional admission in the school, the cadet will be allowed to join online classes for which the parents would have to intimate their WhatsApp Number and e-mail ID in advance. 8. Final Admission/Joining the School. As all are aware that the schools are closed due to COVID-19, the same will reopen as per directions from the Central/State Govts/Sainik School Society. Accordingly, final date of admission/joining dates of new entrants will be decided by the School and the

You are requested to submit the mandatory documents for provisional admission of your son/daughter/ward in Sainik School Chandrapur before due date i.e. 10 June 2020 for Class-IX and 15 June 2020 for Class-VI, it will be presumed that you are not likely to admit your son/daughter/ward in Sainik School Chandrapur, and the candidature of your

4. Scrutiny of Documents Submitted Online. After submission of documents by the parents as mentioned in Para 3 above, these documents will be scrutinized by Sainik School Chandrapur. The candidates, whose documents are found to be correct, as per school requirement, will be allotted School Number. Thereafter, parents will be informed about acceptance of documents along with School Number of the cadet. 5. Payment of online Fee. After receipt of information from Sainik School Chandrapur regarding acceptance of documents for provisional admission and School Number of the cadet, the school fee to be deposited through NEFT/RTGS to Sainik School Chandrapur school account. The information regarding Sainik School Chandrapur account will be intimated to parents after acceptance of provisional admission and allocation of school number. 3. Submission of Mandatory Documents through Online. The following documents are mandatory required for grant of provisional admission. Last date for submission of online documents is 10 June 2020 for Class IX and 15 June 2020 for class VI. 4. Scrutiny of Documents Submitted Online. After submission of documents by the parents as mentioned in Para 3 above, these documents will be scrutinized by Sainik School Chandrapur. The candidates, whose documents are found to be correct, as per school requirement, will be allotted School Number. Thereafter, parents will be informed about acceptance of documents along with School Number of the cadet. 5. Payment of online Fee. After receipt of information from Sainik School Chandrapur regarding acceptance of documents for provisional admission and School Number of the cadet, the school fee to be deposited through NEFT/RTGS to Sainik School Chandrapur school account. The information regarding Sainik School Chandrapur account will be intimated to parents after acceptance of provisional admission and allocation of school number. Thereafter, parents will be informed about acceptance of documents along with School Number of the cadet. 5. Payment of online Fee. 6. Once the fee is credited in the school account, the candidate will be given provisional admission in the school and the same will be intimated to the parents through email/SMS/WhatsApp Message. Receipt for fee can be obtained from the School at the time of joining of the cadet at the school. 7. Online Classes. After giving the provisional admission in the school, the cadet will be allowed to join online classes for which the parents would have to intimate their WhatsApp Number and e-mail ID in advance. 8. Final Admission/Joining the School. As all are aware that the schools are closed due to COVID-19, the same will reopen as per directions from the Central/State Govts/Sainik School Society.

Please note that the provisional admission / admission of your son/daughter/ward at Sainik School Chandrapur may be cancelled in case any of the document mentioned in Para 3 and 9 above are not submitted within the stipulated time or any documents is found false/incomplete at any stage. 11. You are requested to submit the mandatory documents for provisional admission of your son/daughter/ward in Sainik School Chandrapur before due date i.e. 10 June 2020 for Class-IX and 15 June 2020 for Class-VI, it will be presumed that you are not likely to admit your son/daughter/ward in Sainik School Chandrapur, and the candidature of your

It is to be noted that the seats of candidates featuring at the Main Merit Position in the Final Merit List of AISSEE 2020, published by Sainik School Chandrapur on 20 March 2020, however, declared as Medically Unfit during initial medical examination and submitted their appeal for undergoing Review Medical Examination to Sainik School Chandrapur, will be reserved till completion of their review medical examination. The decision on provisional admission / admission of these review medical candidates will be intimated after conduct of their review medical examination. 13.
