Sir,

With reference to the above said subject and reference matter, we would like to inform you

that we had submitted above said application to SEIAA, Rajasthan on dated 16.06.2015 (Copy

submission receipt is enclosed as annexure 1) as per EIA Notification dated 14th September, 2006 as

amended time to time.

Sir, with due respect of NGT Order/Judgment for issuance of Environmental Clearance till 31st

May, 2016 and Amended EIA Notification dated 15th January, 2016 we had submitted our project to

DEIAA, Ajmer on dated 10.05.2016 (Copy submission receipt is enclosed as annexure 2) as per

suggestion of SEAC, later on the submission our project application was on hold due to a court decision

pending for the area.

After decision of court in March 2018, we meet to DEAC office for consideration of our project

for Environmental Clearance, now DEAC advise to us that Now as per project as the sum total of the

mining lease area of our Project / activity and other existing operating mines and mining Projects are

located within 500 metres (Cluster) from the periphery of the our Project or activity is more 25 hect.,

hence it to be dealt at the level of SEIAA/SEAC Rajasthan.

Sir, SEIAA/SEAC not exists on time in Rajasthan due to tenure has been completed in December

2018. thus environmental clearance for the project is to be grant by the ministry of environment and

climate change (MOEF & CC); as per EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006 & as amended from time to time.

The documents are being submitted are as under:

2. Pre-Feasibility Report

Environmental Clearance for our above said mining project from DEIAA, Ajmer as our project

comes under B2 Category and to be dealt at District level committee & Authority. During

pursuance of our file we came to know that our file has been sent to DEIAA for further

consideration, in which some additional information/ documents required as checklist provided

by Department of Mines & Geology, Ajmer.
