BEACHSIDE WEST This event site boasts the most magnificent view of the Emerald Coast’s picturesque sunsets. Bordered by the Preserve, it kisses the white sand shoreline and includes a small covered deck. Accommodates 100-150 guests.

BEACHSIDE EAST GREEN This event lawn offers a view of the Emerald Coast as far as the eye can see. Accommodates 100-150 guests.

SUNSET VISTA Host a mixer, private dinner or meeting on the 2,200 square foot rooftop with the best view of the Gulf. It is an open air space, partially covered. Accommodates 190 guests.

GRAND LAWN A lush green lawn with walking paths adjacent to the Preserve. This space is ideal for receptions and features a spiral stone staircase — a perfect gathering place for guests to enjoy cocktails. Accommodates 500+ guests.

POOL DECK A spacious location and perfect for a reception or dinner. This private space allows you to enjoy the company of your guests under the stars. Accommodates maximum of 300 guests.
