The Unique series has been developed to offer solutions, on an individualized basis, to each shower area.

We find the freedom to define the form of a given area alongside the ability to call upon different drainage types and positions. The concept allows for the best possible aesthetic and functional results to be brought together,

with the aim of being able to offer the customer the most satisfactory shower experience available.

In order to achieve a solution regarding shower trays measuring more than 230 cm and up 400 cm in length, an area based on the assembly of two units may be designed. The two units, up to 200 cm in length, are supplied independently of one another, however, their design is closely coordinated to guarantee a correct assembly at

their final location.

A SOLUTION FOR EXTRA-LARGE FORMATS

Example: Requirements for an extra-large 100x325 cm solution

Inferior assembly joints in unit 1 and upper assembly joints in unit 2 determine the sequence in which the units are to be installed

The join between the two units may be visible, joined using generic materials or dissimulated through the use of the same

material as the shower tray.

The Select series offers a wide range of interior forms to design a shower tray.

The series is destined to enable shower area designers to be able to configure a solution that is both singular and adequate to their needs. The designer, once the exterior form of the shower tray has been determined, then moves on to selecting the

interior, its position and its orientation from the predetermined form or forms available.

Select is an aid to the designer, allowing for the freedom to find solutions when faced with complex forms.

Gelcoat is a compact composite of resin and varied mineral content, which features an external layer of the highest quality ISO NPG Gelcoat, providing the material with both a high level of hardness and excellent characteristics for its use within the bathroom. SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to all sales and / or services described, mentioned, promoted or included in any form in our catalogues, promotions, price lists and price estimates. Absara Industrial S.L. reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions of sale.

PLACING OF ORDERS

The placing of an order assumes the unconditional acceptance on behalf of the Client of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The notification of the order placed by the Client, must be made in writing via e-mail ([email protected]) or via fax (0034 964 691 922), and will only be binding once accepted by Absara Industrial S.L. through the emission of an Order Confirmation by means of an e-mail. The Client of Absara Industrial S.L. must revise the Order Confirmation and, if necessary, immediately notify Absara Industrial S.L. in writing of any possible discrepancy. Price estimates and / or economic offers made by Absara Industrial S.L. will only be valid if made in writing and for the period of time specified. In the absence of a specified time period, this period of time will be 30 natural days. The sale of any product included in this price list will always be considered as a firm offer and conditioned by the obtaining of credit insurance cover by the current credit insurance company used by Absara Industrial S.L., consequently, in no way shape or form will it be understood that a Client of Absara Industrial S.L. receives merchandise as a form of deposit, or any other type of transaction other than a simple mercantile contract of sale.

DELIVERY / ACCEPTANCE / RETURN OF GOODS

Delivery dates will always be understood as being guiding, and in no way an acceptance of any form of responsibility for delays in delivery which do not surpass a period of 15 natural days from the original date stipulated, and in no way the acceptance of any form of responsibility for delays caused by greater forces. The buyer of the goods supplied by Absara Industrial S.L. assumes in full the obligation to immediately revise the goods supplied, and regarding any possible incidence in terms of the quality or quantity of the said goods, such incidence must be communicated in writing, and within a period of no more than 24 hours after their receipt. Once the period of 24 hours has transpired, the goods will automatically be considered as accepted by the Client, and will not be subject to any claim regarding the aforementioned categories. Absara Industrial S.L. will not accept the return of goods without prior authorization in writing, such authorization being express and relevant to each specific case, and will always contemplate compensation in terms of costs generated, such as reductions in the value of the goods.

PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The prices contained in this price list are guiding prices for general public sale and do not include VAT, any other taxes or any form of commission that could be generated from sales through official organizations or agencies. Absara Industrial S.L. retains the dominion and authority over the supplied goods, including such cases where the said goods have been transferred or passed on to third parties, until all costs related to the supply of the goods have been completely settled. Any form of delay regarding the full compliance of the Client’s payment obligations in relation to the goods supplied or services contracted will invoke the immediate withholding of all orders currently in progress.

GUARANTEE

The Guarantees are governed by current legislation and in relation to Commercial Guarantees, which extend the aforementioned legislation; they are contained in the Guarantee Certificate supplied alongside the product.

INSTALACIÓN Y MONTAJE DE PRODUCTOS

Los productos exigen que su instalación y montaje sea realizado por personal cualificado y siguiendo siempre las instrucciones del producto y que se acompañen en cada uno de los artículos. El personal que proceda a la instalación del producto, especialmente en platos de ducha, deberá verificar el producto previamente a su instalación, llevar a cabo la instalación de manera correcta, verificándolo a su fin antes de terminar la obra con alicatados, instalación de mamparas, etc. Absara Industrial S.L. o en su caso la empresa vendedora no se hará cargo de los costes que puedan ocasionarse derivados de no respetar este proceso, tales como desmontaje de mampara, reposición de azulejos o pavimentos, etc.

DATA PROTECTION

The Client subscribing to the present contract accepts that Absara Industrial S.L., in full compliance with current legislation, specifically the Data Protection Law, dated 13th of December 15/1999, relating to the automated handling and use of data denominated as being of personal character, gives its full consent to the use of the aforementioned automated information with the sole aim of establishing an appropriate commercial relationship, in the same way that Absara Industrial S.L. will make use of the specified information with the sole aim of being able to offer the Client the products and services inherent to Absara Industrial S.L.

In full compliance with current legislation relating to Data Protection, the Client may at any time exercise its right to access, modify or cancel its personal data, or express opposition to its use, addressing itself directly by e-mail to Absara Industrial S.L. through the following e-mail address; [email protected].

FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The retail prices and conditions contained in the current price list can be subject to modification or change, whether considered as necessary general or punctual changes by Absara Industrial S.L., such changes applicable in relation to any or all of its Clients, taking into account that such modifications or changes must be communicated in writing, with the necessary acceptance on behalf of both parties. This current price list annuls all earlier editions and, alongside any documents supplied, is the exclusive property of Absara Industrial S.L.

Absara Industrial S.L. reserves the right to introduce any modifications to the current price list and conditions and will not be held responsible for any errors contained.
