Where can you access your media product?You can find it on the internet on either iplayer or you-tube if you have missed it or on the TV, when it is first broadcasted or even afterwards they have repeats of the programme and clips on adverts of the main parts of the show. They also show clips from the show the week before at the start of the current show.

How and where can you consume your media product? You can watch this programme on the TV while its broadcasting, then you can watch the repeats and adverts on the TV. You can also watch it on you-tube or iplayer if you have missed it or read about it in magazines or on the internet and hear about it on the news.

In what ways is your chosen media product an example of technological convergence? Because it is accessible in many ways such as the internet, magazines, through your phone or media device, and TV.

How does the intermedial nature of your media product increase audience pleasure? People want to read about it as they are interested in the celebrities on the programme as well as the comical side of the programme such as the bad singers and members of the public that think they are good at singing when they are not. Also people tune in to see the judges argue such as Louis and Simon which is also an interesting and comical factor to the show. There is also lots of gossip about the show and backstage which people love to read about on the web or in magazines.

How does the intermedial nature of your media product benefit the industry? Because it gets a lot of publicity as there

are so many different ways to access it, making it easy to access therefore more people read it and want to watch the show making it more popular which produces more viewers and more money. X- factor gossip also appears on some homepages when you go on the internet with a gripping headline attracting you to read on.
