Presentation of the case
• Patient desires: solution for missing first and second molar in lower jaw
• Diagnosis:
– Reduced vertical bone height in region 46 47
– Overeruption of 1st molar in upper jaw
• Treatment plan:
– Intrusion 16 (Vector TAS)
– Placement Bicon (5x5 mm) implants in 46 47 , delayed loading│Solitary crowns
