Executive Education Exchange Programme – Shoreditch Ventures

SHOREDITCH VENTURESShoreditch Ventures, founded in 2011 by Lord Wei of Shorditch, is a global independent foundation and social enterprise harnessing Chinese philanthropy and resources to help improve the quality and sustainability of peoples’ lives around the world. In working toward Shoreditch Venture’s mission of developing a range of high impact projects that will benefit countries and communities culturally, economically and socially an Executive Education Exchange Programme has been developed in line with the business model of Shoreditch Ventures incorporating Training & Educational Services to meet its’ strategic aims.

The following outlines a proposed structure for the Executive Education Exchange Programme which includes proposed programme scheduling, module overviews and a proposed delivery structure of a full, two week programme that can be delivered on a flexible commencement schedule.

Working within the understanding that the Executive Education Exchange Programme is a “mini MBA” programme of not only educational but also cultural exchange, the programme has been designed to encompass not only the delivery of on-campus course modules but also off-site course related training and cultural tourism opportunities to a number of key British cultural sites.

The programme consists of a delivery of 4 modules delivered consecutively over a period of 4 full course days – 3 of which are core modules and 1 of which is an industry specific module set in the area of Business and Leadership, Finance and Accounting or Public Service.

It focuses on the value of investments in people and strategies for realising effective change through shared values, talent and collaboration.
