Suitable for loading of all kinds of grains and meals from the food industry

but also dry bulk like fertilizers, sugar, alumina, pet coke, etc. These ship

loaders are usually customized and adapted to the local surroundings.

Ship loading of all types of inland or ocean-going vessels via a jetty belt

conveyor which is located usually parallel to the quay and which is sup-

plying the bulk material to the ship loader. This happens almost “dust

free” due to the use of closed conveyors and aspiration systems.

After the transfer of the bulk to the ship loader via an on-board interme-

diate conveyor, such as an elevator, belt conveyor or chain conveyor, the

bulk material is transported through the boom conveyor to the loading

pipe and the NEUERO suppression head or sometimes loading bellow.

Especially by using a telescopic loading pipe with a special NEUERO

type of suppression head, all ship hatches are covered during dust-free

loading operation.

NEUERO Ship loaders have, depending on the geometry, bulk discharge

capacities of up to 3.000 tph. Powered directly by either low voltage

or medium voltage while on-board transformers provide corresponding

voltages.

Feed Mills or Silo terminals, whose facilities are located at the domestic

waterways, operate usually with stationary systems. This requires effecti-

ve operation to keep ship demurrage costs low. In addition, their location

is often close to cities or nearby residential areas, requiring specific limi-

tations regarding noise and dust emissions. In contrast to ship unloading

operation of river barges, the capacities for loading of river barges are

already much higher. At bigger silo terminals loading rates can exceed

500 tph easily.

Neuero uses various mechanical conveying systems suitable for the in-

frastructure and adapted to the dry bulk product, which must be con-

veyed as carefully as possible to avoid breakage and abrasion. Our main

goals are best environmental conditions at maximum capacity.

One example is the NEUERO suppression head developed for ship loa-

ding pipes. Thus, we achieve a nearly dust-free loading operation with

controlled material flow at a very low speed.

Our Coating division approved by major international paint producers and received all the necessary qualifications and equipment to carry out

paint works as per German and International standards. We use highly skilled staff for surface preparation, coating application, inspection and

HSE with years of experience in the coating field. Our facilities include dedicated closed shed shops for sand blasting and a highly efficient elec-

trostatic paint shop. It is equipped with recycling equipment and recuperator (counter-flow energy recovery heat exchanger) for recovering the

waste heat and to save energy.

NEUERO has its own 6.550 m2 manufacturing facility and a new logistical

area, which was, added beginning of 2013 at our headquarters in Melle,

Germany. We are equipped with our own machining shop, pre-assembly

yard, sand blasting shed, paint shop and test facility for motors and turbo

blowers. The regular use of laser cutting for steel plates up to 20 mm

allows us precise fabrication of our components with best tolerances.

Pre-assembly of all key-components with in-house testing before delive-

ry is part of our capabilities.
