Elizabethtown Industrial Incubator #1
Incubator #2 built in 2007 with assistance from the NC
Rural Center houses the offices of BBAI and Bladen
County EDC. Del-Ton Assembly and Machining, M.V.S.,
LLC, Cape Fear Systems, and Cape Fear Vineyard and
Winery have all incubated in the facility.
Elizabethtown Industrial Incubator #2
Del-Ton, Inc. moved into a new 10,800 sq. ft.
manufacturing facility in January of 2009.

Incubator #4 has a 6,300 sf. bay and a 10,600 sf. bay. The
facility also has a shared conference space that can be
used by anyone in the park free of charge.
