Repeat the process for all 8 parts associated with this MotorAssm. Open each sheet in the Sheet List, Expand each drawing in the Resource Drawing list, and drag and drop the required views onto the sheet. The view names from each drawing will be used in the View List. For this reason, it is better to have view names that identify the drawing file from which they came. Views can be renamed using the Named Views command. When the drawing is saved, Sheet Sets will need to be updated. When completed, the view list should look something like the example. Double clicking each view name will display the selected view. Save and close all sheets. Use (Window-Close all). The sheet set will be saved to the location identified in Sheet Set Properties. The default is My Documents\Autocad Sheet Sets. After all the Sheets have been closed, the Sheet Set can be closed by Right Clicking on the Sheet Set name and selecting Close Sheet Set.
