CelerCode, Irving, TX 2006 - 2008

OwnerIn October 2005, I created CelerCode, a small software company which provided custom development solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. We received our LLC status in 2006 and our US trademark in 2007. Although I still own CelerCode, the intellectual property to several enterprise applications has been sold, and the company is no longer active.

ADP, Dallas, TX 2004 – 2006

Software Engineer As a software engineer for ADP Dealer Services, the largest Dealer Services provider in the world, I was involved with all stages of software creation, testing, deployment, and maintenance for both front and back-end applications. I personally developed several key programs for both ADP employees and clients that were instrumental in increasing efficiency, and thus ADP’s margins. One such program was CBE (Call Back Expectation) Manager using the .NET environment, SQL, and XML. I engaged our call center managers and concluded an effective system of tracking our employees CBE's didn’t exist. I designed an application that queried our SQL database and graphically displayed a number of searchable, vital statistics allowing the managers to send all necessary data to the employee in one click. This cut each manager’s workload by hours each week. I also designed a web-based application request and status site for our managers using XML and MySQL for data, and PHP, CSS and HTML for the front end. We utilizedEclipse for our CVS with the majority of our servers running Linux which we interfaced daily, and Microsoft Enterprise Project Management for communication and collaboration. I received my WCSE (Websense Certified Systems Engineer) during this time.
