Showings Procedure: When a showing is requested, our office will contact you for an appointment. After the home is shown, we always follow up with the agent that showed the property and will update you with the showing feedback. Communication with you is key.

Offer & Negotiations: We will make sure all buyers are prequalified. We will ensure that all forms are properly completed and in accordance with state law. We prepare a NET SHEET with estimated expenses. We will get you top dollar and best terms.

Inspections & Title: We assist in coordination of all inspections, title work, city occupancy regulations, termite company, appraisal, disclosures, lender correspondences and miscellaneous transaction details. We have established relationships with professionals in all these fields.

Closing & Possession: We will attend the closing and make sure all details are handled ahead of time for a smooth process.

ESSTAGING TIPS! Declutter…Less is more!

Tidy your yard. Prune bushes and trees and get rid of weeds in the lawn.

Paint walls, clean windows, window coverings, and shampoo soiled carpets.

Remove all unnecessary objects ON the furniture.

Take down certain pictures or objects on the walls.

Clear kitchen countertops and refrigerator fronts.

Remove all extra items from bathrooms.

Coordinate towels & bedding.

Keep toilet lids down. Fix leaky plumbing.

Organize your closets and cupboards. Thin them out and keep them orderly.

Sweep the garage and keep it tidy.

Put pets, pet food dishes, and litter boxes outside, whenever possible.
