From a young age, Sharon has always found an importance of connecting the physical body with the mental and spiritual body. Her self-disciplined and persistent nature have ultimately driven her to explore the journey of Yoga. Sharon was first introduced to Yoga in 2010. While Juggling between a full time job and studying for MBA, Sharon found Yoga to be her haven in this busy and fast paced life. After practicing daily with some of Beirut's most recognized Yoga teachers, she soon became completely dedicated to the practice and lifestyle of yoga. Sharon moved to Oman in 2014 and continued to practice with some amazing teachers in Muscat. In 2015, Sharon decided to venture to India to pursue her 200 hrs Yoga Alliance Certificate from Trimurti Yoga. In the motherland of Yoga, she covered Yoga Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy, the Art of Teaching, and became eligible to teach multi-style Yoga, varying from Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, and Yin. In Goa, Sharon was taught by a highly certified and experienced team. Being immersed in Ashtanga, Sharon chose to delve deeper into this method by attaining her advanced teacher training from Mysore, India. In 2016, Sharon revisited India where she was initiated to the Intermediate Series and got certified for the completion of 300 hrs in Ashtanga Vinyasa. In addition to being a 500 hrs Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the Yoga Alliance, Sharon has also completed in Ubud, Bali a second degree initiation in the Usui System of Reiki (channeled energy).
