Common Ground Fall Break Retreat (Facilitator, 2010) 2009 – 2010 Three day retreat focusing on issues surrounding race and ethnicity, gender, and sexual identity. Facilitating the retreat offered an opportunity to moderate sensitive discussions and respond to tense scenarios.

Muslim Students’ Association (President, 2003 – 2008) 2009 – 2011 Created interfaith service projects to promote interreligious understanding and led the introduction of outreach initiatives to offer learning opportunities for members of the Association and the community.

South Asian Students’ Association (President, 2004) 2009 – 2011 Laid the foundation for formal cooperation between the Association and the Lewisburg chapter of the Association for India’s Development (AID).

Pennsylvania eMentoring Volunteer 2011 Provide online mentoring to high school age youth in Pennsylvania.
