Shared Student House - Pevensey Road Our shared student house has 6 bedrooms for single occupancy. There is a large shared kitchen, a shared bathroom with toilet, 2 shared shower rooms and another separate toilet.. The house is located less than 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Eastbourne and 2 minutes’ walk from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and cafes. There is free wireless internet access throughout the house. All bedrooms have a double-bed, desk for study, wardrobe and chest-of-drawers. All bedding and bed linen is provided and changed weekly. You need to bring your own towels. There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. All rooms have separate locks. Communal areas are cleaned every 2 weeks but you are responsible for cleaning your own bedroom.
